The first salesman I was greeted with was able to show me the exact vehicle I looked at which was the 2012 Dodge Caravan that I had been viewing online for weeks. When I viewed the vehicle I initially asked when I saw the back seats were slightly dirty if they detailed and cleaned the car before showing, and he said it was not able to be cleaned and in so many words as is... I did not really feel that was the case because it looked like stains that I could have easily removed myself didn't know if he just was more concerned about showing the vehicle. I thought that was a negative to the visit but overall he had to go and I ended up working with Chip (Richard) who was pleasant and took me for the test drive. Chip was my salesman for the remainder of the experience and went above and beyond to assist me. I caught a great deal with this purchase and what I most appreciated was his honesty. I didn't notice the radio didn't work and he caught that before the deal was over and made sure I got set up to have a new radio installed. I was very appreciative that they didn't let me pull off and not fix that. The car drives great and doesn't have any issues. I The reason I didn't give a 5 is because I would recommend that they detail, clean and properly inspect before showing but other than that I was so grateful of for the deal I brought Cupcakes to show my appreciation. When I tried contacting the dealership multiple times, I never received a call back. Last week I started receiving regular emails from this dealership about my car and when I sent a message back to unsubscribe, they called my cell phone asking which vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I called and they immediately told me that I should take it to Friendly Chevrolet instead, and that they were the best. I don't know what's up with the Yelp ratings, but, all of the dealership sites give Friendly top marks, and rightfully so. I was helped by Randy in the service department who stayed on top of my repair from start to finish, bending over backward to make sure everything was done correctly.

Worst service ever. Car died on a Friday evening so we had it towed to Green VW. We called on…read moreSaturday and were told the service department was closed because of construction, but they would call us on Monday. We called them around noon on Monday after not receiving a call back. We were told a service manager would call us back. Never happened. On Tuesday we called back again and spoke to Jim who said the car didn't have an appointment for 3 more weeks. We explained to Jim the car had broken down and needed to be repaired and the appointment was for an oil change we had previously scheduled. Jim was adamant that an appointment was required for any service to be done. He advised he would have Marquis, a service manager, call us back but he probably wouldn't be able to move up the appointment. After 3-4 hours we called back again because we had not heard from Marquis. This time we were directed to the voicemail for the Toyota dealership. We called back and spoke to Jim again who maintained the car did not have an appointment for 3 weeks. After getting no where with Jim we requested to speak to his boss, Ebony. Instead we were transferred to the elusive Marquis who said they probably couldn't even look at the car until the oil change appointment 3 weeks in the future. But if someone else canceled he might be able to have someone look at it in one to two weeks. When we pointed out the oil change guy wasn't going to be diagnosing and repairing the car, Marquis said he would shift a qualified mechanic to that bay but he couldn't promise to get us in any sooner. Marquis advised we really should schedule an appointment before having the car towed to the dealership. He advised the next available appointment was 4 weeks away. When we explained that was not a customer friendly way to run a car service center, Marquis said he didn't like where this conversation was going. We told Marquis we would like to speak to his boss Rick he responded that he would leave him a message and hung up on us. The moral of the story is if you're going to break down, make sure you anticipate it about 4 weeks in advance.
