We went over the work that needed to be done and he commenced work. A while later I needed to leave to run an errand (my wife was home though). When I got back, Cody's truck was gone, there were a lot of cut sheets of tile, but nothing on the wall and no Cody. I found a message from him on Yelp asking me to call him, which I did. It turns out he has "lost confidence" and abandoned the job. He said he tried to tell my wife before leaving, but she was unaware of this. When I spoke to Cody on the phone he indicated that I didn't owe him anything, and did offer to put me in touch with someone he felt could do the job. I didn't go with his recommendation mainly because I didn't have enough trust in him to make that choice. The guy I did hire was able to reuse some of the cut tile Code had left, but we needed to buy 5 more sheets nevertheless. There may be lots of things Cody is good at, but tiling a backsplash with herringbone tile sheets is not one of them, and abandoning a job is just not OK.

I was shocked to get a call from our landscaper and dog walker to be informed that an employee from Superior Fence without our permission came onto our property and began removing our fence planks to fix fencing on my neighbors side. Once I was called I told this person to leave. There is damage to the fencing this employee removed without our permission. Speaking with two managers, Jason and Kevin has yielded no resolution and he ended the conversation by hanging up on me. It's shocking but obviously a company culture to be rude as this experience was with numerous employees. I left a message for the owner and no return call. Overall the interactions with this company have been rude and not solution focused so we now will seek alternatives to having the repairs paid for since they refuse to right their mistake. A simple apology would have gone a long way to start! I would be very cautious if considering doing business with this company.

This was going to be a two-star review after the initial installation, but after a few days of…read morehaving our fence installed, we wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and would give it one-star at most. To start, we had a timeframe picked out weeks in advance to do a two-day fence install; however, we got a call the morning of our installation date saying our fence could no longer be installed that day and that they needed to start the next day. No reason was given other than that the previous days' project ran over. When we asked if we would be given a discount for the inconvenience, they said no and that there was nothing they could do. They could have given us a call the day before to notify us when they knew there was going to be delays. When they finally did start, the whole installation took three days instead of the two days planned. This not only impacted our yard but all three neighbors' yard where there was no longer a fence between our yards for three days. On top of that, there was only one man working the whole time because they were short staffed so it negatively impacted our experience and expectations. A few days after the installation, we noticed gaps in our fence, so we called them back to come out and fix it. They came out and instead of going into our yard to fix the gaps, they proceeded to go into our neighbors yard without asking and take down their fence since they said they saw gaps in their fence and assumed that was it. They did not even install that fence they were taking down since our neighbor also just had a fence installed by another company a few days prior. They were extremely rude to our neighbor and acted like trespassing on their yard was no big deal, not to mention taking their fence down without first verifying. All while that happened, our landscaper notified us that they also put a fence post through our irrigation pipe which causes water to leak everywhere. They have not been easy to work with, they make terrible excuses, and do not care about their customers or business once you pay your invoice.

Now let's move downstairs can lights not installed in the bedrooms and additional vent in master bedroom never installed . Also was suppose to move a vent never done. Holes in ceiling never fixed. The doorway to the bedroom not completed. Caulking in bathroom not done. Now let's visit the bathroom they tore apart painted half never finished installing bathtub after continuous excuses. Sink never finished cement wall board never installed, plumbing never done. Tile not installed and toilet not installed. Now the garage installed side door that's not working and was suppose to install beam in garage. Never happened. This job started on April 1 2025 and Steve and Brandon did show up most of the time until Steve got his last draw and promised they would be done in 2 weeks that was on August 25th they came 2 more times and a bunch of excuses on why they couldn't come back and finish. Last I heard on September 19 he and Brandon would be there Monday 22. That day came and went and still no sign or word from them. I paid them all there draws and material costs have all the canceled checks. But they skipped town. I have had an electrician come and fix the problems they left me with as well as an Ac person come and fix the problems Kova contracting left. I will be in the coming weeks. Have a plumber come and other trades to try and get the work done that I paid for already. So this is not a good review. I would post the other photos but apparently there is a limit

At 130 lbs my Rottweiler could probably take on most of the little critters but as they had pulled a 9-footer out about a week before we arrived, I wasn't taking any chances. As always, I obtained 3 quotes, Campanella were the 2nd company to arrive. Sal turned up 20 mins early just for the quote, a good start, he is a no nonsense to the point talker but you get the impression he knows his job and he will do it properly, not something I got form the others. I had already decided on Campanella before the quotes came in, great to say they were also the best quote, so I agreed the contract. It took about 3 weeks for the license to come through (Brevard Council are not the fastest) but one approved, Campanella dropped off the materials on the Friday to start Tuesday ( Storm was forecast at weekend and Monday was Memorial Day). Tuesday 8.00am they were all here and set about my new fence, Florida is hot, but Sal and his team worked like Trojans, my fence was complete by 1.00pm amazing work. I can't thank Sal and his team enough; he knows his stuff her tells it like it is and he delivers on time no fuss no messing and competitive on price. What more do you want. Give them a call they do not disappoint.

We needed our old fence torn down and removed, and around 150 feet of replacement wood privacy fencing with 2 gates. Sal wrote up our estimate promptly and began the process by submitting a request for a building permit. A week later He arrived with his crew and three days later we had our gorgeous new fence. These guys are professional, cleaned up after themselves, and built a quality fence. Not only would I recommend them, I plan on using them for another property.
