So here's the deal: I call to reserve a table for two and the guy at the phone tells me: "Yeah, maybe there's room, come here and we'll see". Hey, I'm trying to reserve, not to gamble... We get there (after "reserving") and we wait for 5 minutes at the entrance, without anyone so much as looking at us. We FINALLY get seated and waiters just start coming and going, rushing, barely noting our order, literally slamming dishes onto our table and - of course - getting most of them wrong (a few missing ones and a few extra ones we did not ask for). The overall experience is the annoying feeling that they're doing you a favor by serving you their food. To top it off, AYCE + beers for two comes at ~60 euros. Frankly, there's plenty of ways of spending that sum of money other than coming here. Just don't bother.

Everyone in our company got their food one at a time with a minimum of of 15 minutes between them. The first person was already done with the food when the second person got its food. When we asked the staff if the food was on its way, they didn't answer. When it got to their attention that we wasn't satisfied they got irritated.. Food was okey but the "service" and experience was extremely bad.
