His staff set everything up (All I had to literally do was sho up for surgery)and they all were so kind to me whenever dealing with me. Pre-Op, Dr. Cook met with me and my wife at the hospital and assured us I was in good competent hands and he would take care of me. Surgery went smooth. Honestly, it could not have gone better. Minimal and only normal pain from healing. Doctor had already scheduled me to follow up with him at his office; his staff had paperwork already for me for returning to work when I was comfortable to return. Follow-up, Dr. Cook again treated me with a smile, put me at ease and very informally talked to me about final diagnosis and let me know he cared and if anything else was needed by him he was there.
