I ran out of my blood pressure medication and with the pharmacy giving me hassle of getting an updated prescription from my primary doctor, I got desperate and came here. I went about 3 days without my medication and my blood pressure began to spike. With my doctor being in the bay area and me being in Tulare, I could not physically see my doctor. To my pleasant surprise, my visit went very smooth. From filling out the forms, to addressing my needs for a prescription. The doctor gave me a prescription for 30 days (plenty of time to see my primary doctor). I was in and out in about 45 minutes. My prescriptions were ready at CVS within the hour. Fast, friendly and our provider was very knowledgeable! We weren't there longer than 1 hour I would say. My 5 year old had been having earaches for a few days and after school one day she spiked a fever so we had no choice but to her in because I felt she needed to be seen before the morning. They prescribed her antibiotics and she was feeling better in no time. read more

After I told her I want my daughter to be seem for her cough she said "we aren't taking anymore patients today but we are open tomorrow at 8:00" I am upset because why not say that from the beginning. Didn't have a dr but expected people to just wait over an hr with no update terible service

Well while yesterday was a good experience, today was not. I was told between 8 & 8:30am would be best time to come in for my 2nd antibiotic shots. I arrived at 8:20am. Doctors didn't even show up until 9am and here it is 9:30am and I still haven't been taken in for my shot!! I am NOT pleased. Now I understand why their rating is so low. Needs better management apparently. Too bad today was Manju Bhalla's day off. She was great. read more

I went in to get seen at about 5:50 closer to 6 and the front desk told me the doctor was backed up and told me to call in 1 hr to see if they could get me in on the website when you look them up on Apple Maps it's says they stay open till 9pm so I didn't think anything of it but when I called closed to 7 they said they couldn't take me because they close at 7. Why would you tell me to call in a hour knowing the time and knowing you close at 7?! read more

I visited this place for the first time about 1.5 months ago with an issue that caused me severe anxiety. I was treated with nothing but respect. I didn't feel judged in any way although I felt I might be. They showed me compassion that other places probably wouldn't have. I appreciate and respect them for the care they gave me and if I have to visit an urgent care again, they will be my first choice. read more

My husband has been going here since Friday 11/24-2023 and was told by 1 of the Dr's at Tulare Urgent Care. To return everyday for the next 2 days. But when he got there Sunday morning 11/27-2023 about 10 minutes before they were to open. Which would have been the last day he needed to be there. They were not open. I made an appointment this morning 9/1/2021 to be seen in your clinic for a COVID-19 test after seeing on your website that you offer free COVID-19 testing for uninsured patients. Upon arriving I was greeted by a very nice woman in Dark blue scrubs who went ahead and had to be paperwork and then asked me if I had insurance, and I let her know that I do not have insurance and that their website showed the free COVID-19 testing for uninsured patients. She then told me that they no longer offer the free COVID-19 testing. I asked her why does it say on your website that you do have free COVID-19 testing for uninsured patients? I was then interrupted by the individual in light blue scrubs that was incredibly rude to me and demeaning and did not want to hear anything I had to say and she turned me away. Needless to say she humiliated me at such a terrible time experiencing the effects and brutally awful symptoms of COVID-19. The other woman then said don't you think we should give her a test since the website does state that we have free testing and the woman in light blue scrubs immediately said no there's nothing we can do for you unless you have $300 to pay for your test. I would like to end this review with, is this the way that you want your patience treated? Is it your intention to showcase false advertisements? Bait and switching? Employee rude and employees that show no empathy and responsibility for your false advertisement? WHEN IS THE REVERSE DISCRIMINATION GOING TO STOP? Grrrrr I got on the list for a covid test, yesterday, I was called around noon to show up for myself and my 4 year old son anytime before 6. I show up at 2:45, we have to wait in our car until the doctor is done seeing 4 patients inside in the heat, even with the air conditioner on I have a 4 year old in my car..grrrr. The receptionist does not know how long it will be?? I'm, why are you not trained? We are in the middle of an epidemic?? Terrible service and client care. Receptionist needs training. Tried to get a tb test read and was told nobody in office could help so I returned another day and told my results expired and I would have to pay again. I told the office manager and said she would investigate but she refused to give me information so I could contact any other higher up. Husband needed covid test done was changed copay of $100 and they also billed our insurance the $100 at which all test are covered at 100% so the office double dipped and since Aug 2021 I have been trying to get my copay returned to us and here it is September 2022 and they said doctor who signs checks does not have a set schedule to come in so I am told I won't know when I will get my refund. I was told last week that they would just put a 100 bill up front with my husbands name on it and chart number etc. so we go in and of course they look at us like we are crazy. I mentioned the doctors schedule as it was mentioned to me so she knew I had spoke to someone even though I couldn't remember the name. So now again I have to take my time out to get my money that they oue me when they should have refunded me long time ago when my insurance paid them but they double dipped and thought they would get away with the extra money. I wish I could give less stars, I show up at the urgent care with my finger wrapped in a washcloth to slow the bleeding while holding my hand above my head to also assist in slowing the bleeding the woman behind the counter asks what happened I let her know I had cut through my mail bed and deep into my finger. She proceeds to ask me for my insurance card, unfortunately I had left the house with out it as I left in a rush. She then tells me I need to go home and get my card while I'm still bleeding profusely. I let her know that was totally crazy and I would just pay cash now she start eagling off cost to me as if I care I am still bleeding and I said I would pay cash just see me already but no now her cohort steps in and tells me no insurance card no visit. Go home and get it. So needless to say would not recommend. Not only did they leave me to bleed but acted as if I didn't have the means to pay my bill on the spot as I tried to do. read more
