Actually, there are two lines, one for take away (on the left) and one for sit down. Both lines are just as long, but the take away moves much faster. Fairly organized. For the take away side, an employee takes orders while you wait in line, to expedite the process. (If you are from CA, think of an In and Out burger drive thru business model). Overall the food is good and reasonably priced. And great advertising seeing everyone walk around with your "sandwiches." Ambiance - Crazy busy. Both inside and outside.
