Subsequently, when I requested information on policy changes, he made unauthorized and illegal changes to the policy. Then when I asked him to remedy the error, he immediately cancelled my entire policy leaving me without car insurance entirely. Stay away from this crook and try Pratus Insurance if you want someone with integrity!
