From the start Paul was very laid back, and had no issue with us looking underneath the cars to see the condition of the frame. No high pressure environment, he met us where we were and left us to look around and see for ourselves the condition of the cars. He was very easy to work with throughout the whole process, and the pricing of the car I ended up buying was very fair. A year later, the car just passed inspection with no major repairs. Since buying, I topped up the coolant, changed the wipers, filled up the tires a few times, and took it for an oil change - that's it, for the whole year. This is my first time posting to Yelp, I thought there might be more reviews here but it's a little…read moreplace so people might not be too familiar with it or Yelp. I'll try to keep this brief. I've had a couple of cars. The first was a sedan that I took to be inspected by Pep Boys. They charged me 1200+ for work to pass the inspection. Ok, it was a beat up car. For it's second inspection they wanted to charge me 2500 to fix the parking brake! They had blurry eyesight and thought the word 'stupid' was written on my head. Got a different car and when it came time for inspection, A neighbor introduced me to S&M. Best neighbor ever! I'll spare the number of visits but I will say that every time I go to their auto shop, they are friendly, understanding in their profession and THEY DO NOT TRY TO OVERCHARGE ME JUST BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN. I've had that last part happen too many times. I can trust them. Soon, I will need a new vehicle. My current one won't last much longer. The ONLY place I am interested in buying from is S&M and that is because of how well they've treated me every time I've needed them.

Financed a vehicle back in April purchased a warranty thank god because ever since I've had the…read morevehicle there has been multiple issues first I took it there no problem the had to fix the muffler and a leak then there was a issue with the timing chain again took it there no problem they fixed it even gave me money to get a rental then the timing chain went out a second time as well as a fuel pump issue again took it there They supposedly fixed it get my car back 3 days later check engine turns on and car is not drivable they suggest I take it to another repair shop who sent me multiple pictures as well as problems with the vehicle the fuel pump has to be replaced again they are even saying their is a leak in the oil Which looks like it has been a issue since before I got the keys the motor may now be damaged and there is damage with the exhaust that has been rotten and never replaced now I'm getting told they don't want to deal with me or my vehicle they are having bad luck with it the vehicle they sold to me i would never suggest this place to anyone they act like they are nice Induviuals and obviously out to rob ppl I even relayed to them him I'm pregnant and need a safe car have never felt more unsafe so now I'm stuck making payments on a vehicle I can't drive do not come here

It was set for 10 am this morning. I had a 45 minute drive to the place. To get there and Abraham acted like he forgot and then quoted that he has no idea what truck I was talking about. One of his co workers asked me if I came for the F250 ? I said no, I was here for the F150 he had no idea what truck I was talking about. So they are either baiting and switching or they are just terrible at what they do. Hope people read this and refuse to do business with these a**holes. They have a terrible business attitude.
