Not even 24 hours later do I receive a basic written letter from delta sonic that they are DENYING LIABILITY for this damage. Spoke to this locations manager once again and find out the VIDEO FOOTAGE of my car before entering the car wash NO LONGER EXISTS . Obviously the four employees working on my car before entering the wash would have noticed the crack and refuse entry to the wash. I certainly would not enter a car wash with a crack! Now I have to replace my entire windshield on my new car for over $1700 out of pocket! This company has multiple claims just like this and everyone receives the same standard denial letter. This location also rushed my car right behind another in the wash and I guarantee debris was thrown onto my car because of this. The location also had signs up for REPAIRS done to the car wash. This company and this stores manager lack of any practice of accountability and Customer service practices. I WOULD AVOID delta sonic car washes and this location at all costs.

Another young woman who arrived after me asked, "How much longer, I've been here 20 minutes already". She was told, "About 20 minutes, there are other customers". No reassurances or apologies. The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage

Of course they upsale, but seeing the shape of my car I agreed to it all haha. The process for pulling up to being complete was just a little bit over an hours. The associate who took my service request, was very friendly and did provide good suggestions. Not a detail pricing expert as I don't do it often, but I felt the services that were provided were worth what I paid. I will definitely try maintain and use the interior services again. Although the car did not get clean clean, but again it was in bad shape, so I couldn't complain. Few more should look like knew! My only pain point with delta sonic is the construction of ALL their shops not just this one. It's very stressfully to me trying to get to the car wash entrance. Everyone does not follow the every other car rule and it can't get ugly in that line!

I take care of my own vehicles as far as repairs and routine maintenance so I like to believe that my truck is mechanically sound. I brought my truck in for a simple nys inspection and I strongly believe that my truck was tampered with in order for them to suggest a service job. After about 45min of waiting for the inspection, one of the kids came back stating that I had a leaky brake line.... which according to my spotless driveway was a concerning lie. But after refusal of work i get back home and all of a sudden I'm leaking brake fluid from the front driver side. I assess the situation and find a line that looked to be tampered with. I fixed the line and ended up getting my nys inspection done elsewhere. Now I understand things happen, and parts wear, but in this particular situation, something didn't seem right. These guys are untrust worthy and unprofessional. Take your vehicle to a trusted professional.

Well, they were incorrect, Top Value Transmissions got in touch with me and let me know that they take care of that. Amy, the owner wasn't sure if that was gonna be the actual problem or not until she saw it for herself. So I brought my van out there, it's borderline wheatfield and Niagara Falls, New York.. She had to order the part because I did in fact need the sensor, and it took six days to get there, so I went without a van, but I could've gotten it if I wanted it bad enough I just didn't really care at that point, I was so fed up with needing so much stuff done to the van to pass inspection. Amy found a lot of problems with it, of course. So she replaced the brakes and brake pads and other things that I don't know but everything that it definitely needed. And then eventually did the transmission sensor. Forgetting all the work done that I did it didn't cost too much. I mean it was a lot a lot for me. I can't afford anything is everybody knows, but just under $2000 to get a lot of work done. But just driving it home the van felt like a completely different van. Felt so nice. So she was able to take care of the job. I highly recommend her. She goes into detail about what you need. She's not a bullshitter and she even holds onto the parts that she took from your vehicle that were damaged and shows you afterwards and boy was mine in dire need of parts. Thank you, Amy and crew.
