It had rained earlier in the am! :) Had an issue with the garage opener and light and the dining room lights. B/c my home is an older home (60's).. electrical issues may or may not need some updates. Rob was very frank and honest! And that's what you need and want with service. They both checked out the electrical unit and its lines and advised that there's a few more years for usage before the need to replace it. B/c as you all know, replacing anything can become costly! So I truly appreciate their honesty and not sales talking me to change/update my electric. There weren't any severe issues found. Rob truly tries to diagnose the problem and then comes up with strategies to resolve the issue. If one strategy doesn't work, he has a back up strategy/path! That I truly appreciate! This electric company installed an electric charger at my house. They rescheduled few times due to…read moredifferent issues. Well that can happen. Install itself was nothing to write home about. Previously installed minisplit system and electric outlets (different companies) went through soffit, this company didn't bother and just ran on the exterior. Even that was ok with me. Drilling through concrete was attempted 3 times and left 2 holes. Well, I can take care of that myself. The electric charger for the new car was supposed to be 19kw, it charges merely 9kw because the circuit wasn't strong enough. A 60 Amp was installed instead of the required 100Amp. Upon me requesting an answer why that was done I was presented with a load calculation, which was just on the maximum for my house. It's a small house with a new 200 Amp services. Being suspicious I went to the township and asked for the supplied load calculation by this company, sure enough it didn't match what they sent me. The townships ( signed by a Rep of Sure electric) had a load calculation of 110 Amp instead of the 160 they sent me. Unethical practices? Fraud or just incompetence? Bottom line is I didn't get what I paid for, an equipment delivering max 60% ....
