I am working on a major corporate event to celebrate the 35th anniversary of an organization I support and contacted MK Signs to discuss helping with the creation of banners and 20-30 rigid panel displays and a collapsible fabric booth panel/display for the event. I called on Tuesday @ 8:22 AM and left a message with Debbie, citing who referred them and asking if we could talk about my project. I got a return call @ 12:07 when I was on a conference call. I can't say enough good things about MK. They are extremely knowledgeable and have quality products. I have found over the years they aren't going to BS you and give you a story or charge you $60 more for a custom sports banner. If you have a crazy name for your team they WILL have a banner for you and won't charge you extra. I am the Team Manager of my daughter's 8u Softball team in Las Vegas and a mutual friend recommended MK Signs and Banners to me, as I was looking for a banner to be made for our team. I spoke to Lindsy, my design guide at MK Signs and Banners and she answered all of my questions. The prices she quoted me were extremely fair and reasonable. I emailed her a beat up .pdf logo for our team and Lindsy, was able to fix up the logo and made it look so much better than what I had originally sent to her!! After several emails back and forth regarding some banner details, Lindsy emailed me the picture of the final image. I was so impressed with her eye for detail! The final payment process was a breeze and Debbie Kasold was great to work with and, she too, answered any questions I had.
