I ordered some screen printed shirts for my company and was told that the artwork needed to be redrawn in order to print it. I had used the same artwork for 4 years prior through another company that I wish was still around. $500 later I had the same exact logo as I had before but it was "Printable". (I later found out that I had been scammed, the image did not need to be redrawn but the colors needed to be redone on the screens which is a lot cheaper) I was promised the shirts would be done in 2 weeks. At two weeks I called to see if the shirts were done and was told that the price had changed and that I needed to OK the new price before they would print the shirts. Of course the price had gone up by quite a bit. A week later I received the shirts. The printing was OK but the price going up on the original contract left a bad taste in my mouth. The whole deal did not make me feel good as there was always a charge for this and charge for that throughout the transaction. Some of the charges changed between conversations and I felt like I had stepped in to a used car sales lot. I won't be using this company again. read more

A friend of mine told me of this graphics company that does printing and banners and other things of this sort. I recently proposed an idea to another friend regarding business cards and other accessories to boost up their business and client intake. After doing so, my friend agreed to go along and sketch up some ideas and bring it over to DF Grafix. Long story short, I presented my work over to DF Grafix and they provided me a colorful array of items that I can help my friend boost his buisness up. They took my design and generated it into banners, business cards, shirts and other apparel in quick time. And they also provided me that if I should return with a bulk order again they would give me a reasonable discount. I assure everyone that I will return with more items for them to produce for me and also work with their excellent graphics team to come up with better ideas if my mind runs dry. If you want big posters (wideformat) or screen printing these are the guys to go to. Cost standard to the industry. Some people dont like David (I think he is a nice guy who is always fair) and will trash it because of personal feelings - see competitors bashing below. Great quality and pretty good service. Really bummed, gave the company some really big jobs, they screwed up royaly , my client not impressed at all.. Then a few years later used them again, different project, and overcharged me to make a small change to something they already printed. After all the business I gave him I thought there Customer satisfaction was horrible...I'm in the people pleasing business so really a big bummer ..I will never use this company again read more

Great Customer service and a friendly staff! I work at La Jolla Audio Repair and they did a phenomenal job on our custom made polo shirts from "Port Authority" brand. Also they did an excellent job on our Window sticker decal. Fast efficent and easy to work with. I would use them for any graphic/print job in the future. read more

awful! awful! awful! Just bad business.....after THEY messed up my 1300 piece mug order they expected ME to pay for it! They ordered the wrong mugs AND incorrectly spelled our company name. Don't waste your time and money....I believe in second chances, but when so much money is spent and the lack of attention is costing my business money...then we have a problem. They have never tried to rectify the problem. When I went back to them for a "2nd chance/3rd chance" I learned my lesson. I don't speak badly about a business especially in these economic times, but man, this was a doozie. It is safe to say I will NEVER go back. :( read more

Wow! This is a joke Have a family member write a 4 star review. This is the Number 1 worst company in the industry to try and work with. I had first hand real experience on the "behind the scenes" of this operation. They encourage corner cutting "fudged" way of doing things. DF will invent new words to try to convince customers that his poor quality products are good. He will tell you things like "it is as good as it is", or "stand 15' away and it looks great". He enjoys trying to use intimidation to direct his employees. The only thing he is good at is having 1 time customers, and BSing the few return customers. his client list on his own website is false, the companies listed do not do business with him. If you would like to test these waters enjoy the barrage of fabricated words poor quality work. I do not need to hide behind made up user names or have someone else right what i have to say because i am stating simple facts. There are plenty of shops in this county, you really should take your time to get to know who gets your dollar and how you will be treated. BUYER BEWARE. read more

The original owner was great !, 3 years ago but the new team stinks. I have several emails requesting quotes as well as phone calls only to get the quote back and have it not be what I asked for. After several attempts I asked that my artwork was sent back to me , only to have the owner ask to let him work on the quote and once again it was wrong and then when he did get it back to me it the prices were ridiculous. I have asked several times for them to send me my artwork that I paid them for, now once again I tell them I just want my artwork and I get a email back telling me that they don't have it anymore, Stay Away !!!!!! Very unprofessional. I also ordered shirts through them and requested they send me a sample of the shirt they sent me a sample I washed it and wore to ensure proper sizing when I received the shirts printed none of the shirts I requested the sample of fit, the excuse I got was the sample they sent me was white and the black shirts are different ( same brand ) so after much arguing they reordered the shirts. They asked for the old ones back and I wasn't real happy about 20 of my companies shirts ending up in a good will some where so I told them only if I could damage them so they wouldn't be worn.
