I placed a request online and Al Jacoby of Al's Rides called me back within a half hour. He asked me all of the necessary questions about my needs - which airports, typical times of the day, how many people, and frequency. Al arrived in a very nice, very comfortable, Toyota Camry. It is quiet, clean and looks brand new. The interior is impeccably clean. On days that I'm chatty, Al is equally chatty. On other days when I'm not, he gives me my privacy. He also will stop by the coffee shop for my early morning drives! I've used Al now about 26 times to West Palm Beach and Orlando Airports. He is never late; in fact, he is always early no matter if the pickup is 3 a.m. or 6 p.m. He is always ready to go when I'm ready. The prices from Al's Rides are far below the local rates. My company allows me to charge this to their account but it's not an open checkbook. Al's Rides always beats the competition. For the record, I do pay Al before i get out of the car on each drive. That's fine with me and have never had an issue. Honestly, I'm completely surprised seeing the other reviews from '19 and '22. It's not what I experience ever with Al's rides. As I say when I do restaurant reviews - don't go by what I say - experience it for yourself and then make your own decisions. Truly, you deserve to try Al's Rides for yourself. You'll be happy with the service and price.

I would be real careful with these guys. Had them do repair and instal a new roof due to collision…read moredamage. That was an insurance job. great work on the roof. As soon as we got the camper back a leak was found, presumably related to the roof repair. Brought camper back and they said it was a leak on the back window and they fixed it. Again, right after leak was still there. Diagnosed it ourselves and found seal on back window was where leak was coming from (sent them a video of where the leak was coming from and where the water was going). Brought camper back again and was told they replaced the window seal and it was fixed. Once again, the leak was still there. Finally, i got the time to tear it apart myself. It was clear they did not remove the window nor did they replace the seal. I could tell this based on the condition of the "new seal" as well as the lack of any marks on the hardware around the window. We paid several hundred dollars for work that was never done. If I felt I could prove it before a judge I would have sued them, but it wasn't worth my time.
