The prior two tax experts that handled my taxes were amazing. This year, I had a new tax preparer. She handled my tax preparation in the office just fine BUT when I received a letter in the mail from the IRS I was shocked because they stated my payment didn't go through due to an incorrect account number. So I called the office and spoke with the tax preparer. She assumed no accountability whatsoever and didn't really seem to care. There was no offer of an apologize, or ask to come into the office to get this corrected and paid. This tax preparer's customer service was below H&R Block standards. I will not be returning to her to prepare my taxes as there was no regard for customer loyalty from this individual.

I figured it could be a toll violation that I may have missed so I checked my SunPass toll transponder account and found I still had a balance and it showed no toll violations. Knowing I had no traffic infractions or insurance issues I decided to send an email to the tag office to see if I could get more information without having to show up in person. Within 24 hours I got a response and come to find out it was a simple toll issue which I'm guess was a different toll authority not covered with my SunPass, the office provided me with everything I needed to resolve the issue, which I took care of immediately, since my transponder is more than a decade old I will investigate a solution to avoid this in the future, after contacting the Central Florida Expressway Office and paying my outstanding balance over the phone they immediately faxed the paid confirmation and I was able to complete my renewal online within a hour of starting the process. I definitely appreciate the customer service and the fact that they saved me a trip to the tag office and helped resolved my issue in a timely manner without any additional fees...
