Met malik through a random Instagram ad and hit him up because I wanted to pursue my dream of becoming a professional Mixed Martial Artist and needed a mitt coach. Both of my sons are training with Malik. One is 8, the other is 9 years old. In a span of just two months, they both now can protect and defend themselves. Their progress has been amazing and their skills are pretty remarkable. As a result, their confidence has soared through the roof. I can hardly recognize them. I have recently started using Malik's personal training service at my home instead of at the gym and it has been really convenient and effective. The trainer there really knows his stuff! He can also give you personal training advice if you have a particular goal in mind. He's a fighter himself so it's great to see someone so young being able to instruct us on some of the techniques he's learning. He has both group sessions and 1 on 1 sessions, so no one will feel left out. If you plan on improving yourself, he's the guy to go too! I wanted to get stronger for football because my next two years are going to be really big and I heard fighters have the best workouts. I asked around and tried out a few gyms and after coming to disappointments my friend recommended me to MMA Personal Training and I haven't had any complaints. Malik trained me for about 6 months he has alot of knowledge. He's all rounded trainer and that's something I think is key when it comes to maintaining actual strength. He's a 1 time mma champion.
