Let just say I love their workouts so much, so I signed up for the unlimited sessions after tryouts. For a great reasonable price, you got instructor that guides you through the whole steps. They have 9 workout stations. You have 3 minutes each of straight up workout per station. It was burning sweat straight up workout for 30 minutes, I love it! My instructors Bivi and Ashley are amazing! They're very knowledgeable and guiding you through step by step. Hey 9 Round, i joined about a week ago and so glad that I did! Not only is the gym 5 minute drive from my house, it's a 30 minute kick ass workout that I need to stick with because I already feel the benefits of the intense cardio, jump rope, kicks, punches, squats, planks, crunches, lunges, speed bags ( those frustrate me the most but I'm gonna get the hang of it asap) anyways also a Big thank you to Hailey for keeping me on track, she's a great motivator and pushes students to do better every workout!! read more

Haven't given many places 5 's but this place is awesome! Melinda was great she was patient and kind! She gave me 1:1 direction and pushed me not to give up. The facility was small but super clean and not crowded. The have a few boxing bags, a double end bag, a speed bag, a wrecking ball bag and a horizontal bag. The set up was something I'm not used to but. It's basically circuit training but lots of boxing. Personally I was looking for a little bit more of boxing technique. Certainly an awesome cardio course. If you're looking for more of cardio work this is the place to come. Pricing is fair. I signed up for the free, initial workout for 4/4/24 to see if i would like the environment and workout. I was told I would be trained with Ashley Richardson, but I had a guy (forgot his name, but he has red/ginger hair, glasses and a beard). First 2-3 rounds were okay, but majority of the time, he went off to the desk/reception area and was always glued/texting on his phone. I barely got his undivided attention because he was texting in a "meeting"... Not only that, but when I was having excruciating abdominal charley horse cramp, i stayed on the ground for a good 5 minutes and all he said was "oh no.." and continued to stay on his phone and not even help me when I was in pain. Next thing you know it, he asked me if i wanted to come by and do another class, not even asking if I was okay.. Will cancel my 2nd appt and will not come back to this location due to lack of attention, lack of help in need and overall, it did not feel like it would be a right fit for me. read more

Been going here for a little over a week, and love it. I hate working out in general, but they've made it fun and engaging-and they're doing it with you. There's a lot of comeraderie, which is very reminiscent of Navy PT. Bonus points for a great sound system and workout music, too. Each round is 3 minutes with a 30 second warning, so you know it's about to end and it motivates you to finish strong. After that, you have a 30 second transition period to get ready for the next round (station). During this time, they'll come alongside and show you what you're doing for the next station. Every 30 minute workout you do is unique, never boring, and specifically designed to strengthen every major core group in your body, and you can easily see your progress and intensity level on the screen based on 5 color zones. With a glance, you can see how hard your body is working and make adjustments in real time- ease off a bit, maintain, or push harder. I highly recommend this place. Since most big gyms were closed during covid, I needed a place to PT and keep active for the military. I can come in whenever, only spend 30 minutes, burn calories (600+ on the first day?!) , and be grateful for the workout at the end. There's no other place I've tried that can make that happen. Plus, I'm a big fan of the Rocky movies and always wanted to learn the speedbag and speedball. Lindsay (sp?) and Kat are usually there when I come in and are wonderful. I booked a month membership but sadly, it closed the last week or two of the membership due to COVID-19. I didn't renew because I moved back to NYC the following month. While I was there, I was eager to go everyday (as per my doctor's recommendation). I love 9Rounds. You get a full workout in 30 minutes. I feel like I am dying by the 6th round, but it also feels amazing. I saw results quicker than I thought. If 9rounds was in NY, I would definitely join again. I found my perfect gym..without the gym! This review is long overdue. Although, it has only been a month. It's been one of my best month for my health and my motivation. I knew about 9round because I live just down the street from it, so location is perfect. My first workout was free and while I was on station 2, I asked myself with noodle legs, "what did you sign up for?" I had doubts...but you know what changed my mind? The motivation, the culture, and honestly, just the best workout I've ever had in years! I signed up the same day. I used to take studio classes for my weekly workouts years ago but work hours got in the way. I've also joined a gym that I've gone to twice in a year but the motivation wasn't there. 9round has no class schedule. The personal trainers give you the motivation and are always helpful to correct your form. Mel, Cat, Billy(?) and my Saturday instructor (so sorry I forget her name) have nothing but been patient with me. Every workout that I finish, I feel so accomplished and feel good about myself. My only regret is that I wish I would have started earlier. I'm always talking about this place to my husband, coworkers, my patients, and also my family/friends. I went from being a couch potato to a 9rounder enthusiast. It sounds cheesy, but if my friends read this review, they would totally nod there head and are convinced how much of a 360 I've done to my non existence daily workout routine. read more
