I want to start by saying Dana is one of the best in the business. She seems to remember patients from year to year. I have been a patient here for 10+ years. This year we had a tragedy in our family, I spaced renewing my card. Dana was able to help me get a fill in appointment with the Doctor. Then on her day off she emailed me the paper work so I could get it in, in time because i was traveling out of state and would not have access to my computer to do the paper work. Since Covid happened I have been able to do mostly virtual appointments. My paper work is sent to me promptly. Because lord knows we MMP wait till the last thing to do anything then want to blame someone else for our failures. I always pay up front. Get the big discount for doing that. They have NEVER not called or stole my money. I have always had the appointment at the time scheduled. I have never had a bad experience with this clinic. Some of the 1 stars are ridiculous. Oh I keep getting a junk email bill from comcast so here is one star. read more

They deserve a zero rating! I had been going here for years and when Dana took over, things crashed. She could not keep employees and could not keep up with the workload herself. In 2023, I paid my $200 and had a virtual visit with the doctor and then NOTHING. I called repeatedly for MONTHS and went over there twice and it was closed. Terrible way to do business. If I could I would give them "zero" stars. This used to be a good clinic but has gone rapidly downhill. in my opinion, the owner Dana is one of the most "unprofessional" individuals I have ever seen. I have gone to this clinic for years, but will be looking elsewhere. In my opinion, things started going downhill during the pandemic and have keet going down in to the gutter. I would be surprised if this business is around much longer and am not gonna take the chance of scrambling for the documents I need signed every year by a medical professional. Went in in January, paid the $$$$$ dr fee, and scheduled a Zoom appointment for 2/6. Since then have been unable to get a hold of them and they have not submitted their part of the paperwork. The clinic has been closed now for over a week, their mailbox is full, and Dr. Knox cannot seem to be reached any other way even though I've called about a hundred places and left messages for him on his own private website. Basically they stole almost $200 dollars from me and skipped out, my license expired, and I have to start over. read more

Awful took my money and still have not got my card. We have called over 50 times and now have driven out here. I will never use them again. After six years of being a card holder it's heartbreaking they stole from me and my family. Out money and time. Shame on you and MMCS clinic. The receptionist also yelled at me and hung up on me when I called to make my payment the day of my appointment. I've been a client here for years. I appreciate the excellent medical treatment I get here with each visit. The staff is professional, friendly and efficient. With COVID-19 the clinic offered me the in person visit or Tele Med consult. We have been coming here for a couple of years to renew an OMMP card. I cannot get a phone call returned to make an appointment, and we are running out of time on the card expiration. It says that the license is inactive. Is this clinic still open and seeing clients?? I just get a voicemail that doesn't get calls returned. I see that Dana has been replying to other comments here. Before yesterday I would have recommended this clinic to other patients in need. However, this year I couldn't make it up to Portland so I scheduled an appointment with a clinic in Salem. I signed a medical records release which was then faxed to Medical Marijuana Card Services. Fast forward to the day before my appointment and I find out my records didn't arrive. When I called Medical Marijuana Card Services they informed me that it is their policy not to release my records to another doctor under any circumstances. They said I was free to come into the office in person to pick them up, but that I would have to pay for them. When I explained that I had no way to make it to Portland, they said that was too bad and they couldn't help me. I feel like this was a way to increase their monetary gain since those records literally belong to me. Never again. Go to Green Earth Medicine in Salem. The people are friendly and really work to help. read more

Amazing, friendly staff. I went in with a family member who has severe anxiety and fears all clinic settings. They not only made him feel comfortable and minimized the angst, but they took the time to listen to what he is going through and actually gave him one of the better moments he's had since anxiety has set in. I've came here for the passed 3 years it's all good, no judgement or what not. I've had bad anxiety over the accident I had plus the injury to my leg left me in pain. As long as you see a primary care physician for the same problem, what ever it may be say pain or anxiety, a handful of times they'll accept you for a visit. Pay the visit holding fee then you'll be set. The Dr is very cool. I forgot if there is another payment after the doctors verdict. I know the grower pays the fee of $200+ to become your grower. read more

Would have rated 0 stars if it was possible. After visiting this "business" and filling out my medical release form, I contacted the clinic several days later to check on the progress. The receptionist (Chip) explained that he didn't know anything about this, but would have someone contact me as soon as possible. There was no return call the following day or the day after that. Later, I called back again and went through the exact same conversation with Chip, he didn't remember me or my paperwork but would have someone call me back.....This time I asked for a time frame for when I could expect this elusive return phone call. Could I expect this call by lunchtime? or by the end of the day? Needless to say, return phone call failed to happen again. Somewhat not surprisingly, I had yet a third conversation with Chip the following day which was exactly the same as the previous two --he did not remember me, wasn't sure about my paperwork, and would have someone call me back later. I told them at this point that I had lost confidence and would seek an ommp card elsewhere. It seems obvious to me that this place has no compassion toward anyone with a medical condition that actually needs help, otherwise they could at least return a phone call. If you need an ommp card, do yourself a favor and ask for a clinic or doctor recommendation at your favorite dispensary and save yourself the trouble and time. Don't waste your time at this "clinic". The good news is that these shady practices will no longer be needed soon. read more

I was very impressed by the whole process of getting my Oregon Medical Marijuana Card (OMMP) in Portland. I filled out the application online to see if I qualified and what I needed to do. I got a call from the clinic the next day and we talked about my medical records and medical condition. I schedule a time to meet the Medical Marijuana Doctor and got my card the next day.
