After 3 phone calls and several months later 2 guys showed up and worked a couple of hours and said they had to go get different splining and a scaffold. Needless to say they never showed back up. Several more weeks went by and a supervisor called to see if they had finished the job. He proceeded to finish it for them but he used the wrong spline on the door and it came out the next day. I am sadly disappointed in their handling of our installation.

They scheduled it for a Wednesday but did not show up and there was no phone call letting us know they weren't showing up that day. Materials were delivered and placed in front of garage so car could not be driven. Also, there was an extra bundle of shingles and a bundle of ridge caps left after completion of job. Requested lien releases showing materials and labor had been paid for, but that seems to also be beyond their capabilities. Gentlemen that inspected job said we could keep extra bundles but we asked they be returned for credit so he took them. We then asked for credit for unopened, extra materials and they said that is not possible.

A great honest company! We had a standing seam metal roof installed last year and they did a…read morefantastic job! My husband and I would not hesitate to use them again. All the employees were polite & friendly, and when they finished the site was completely cleared of debris. Just recently we had a leak on the flat roof that they also worked on. I Called Diane and they were out that same day to determine the problem. As it turned out it had been damaged by the solar panel installer and we didn't realize it until the leak. They sealed it and repaired it even they weren't responsible for it. We had heavy storms and rain that very night and it was sealed perfectly, no leak. We have such faith in company they will be the one we chose to replace the damaged area.
