Seriously the NICEST bunch of folks. We ended up getting a summer time mailbox here and as unused to small mailboxes as I am, they make everything super easy and smooth. I order a lot from Amazon and as most of their customers know... they use the largest boxes for the smallest of things. So I usually have to go in to get my packages. We've printed tons of promo/ad type things here too and everything has always turned out great and reasonably priced. It's nice to be able to do everything at one store. Even if some things are more expensive here vs the post office, the convenience of this place makes it worth it. Everyone is easy to work with, efficient and friendly. Super friendly staff, covers all mail needs. The only glitch is that they can't scan UPS pre-paid shipping labels - they said they have to wait until UPS picks it up in the morning -- and thus, they cannot provide a confirmation of dropping off a package. This opens the risk of us not knowing if the package is actually picked up/returned via UPS and could potentially leave customers on the hook for an "unreturned" package. A better way to confirm/provide a receipt we dropped off a prepaid package would be super helpful! Other than that - it has all your mailing/copying/scanning/faxing needs (with expected, standard prices) and super friendly staff! read more

Shipped my purchases to Los Angeles. Local owned. Very nice people. Great service. They had local folk art and homemade cards at a bargain, posting from local people and looked to be a hometown owned place. I shipped 50 pounds of notebooks back to Los Angeles and I got it there in 2 days at a book rate and much cheaper than paying for a 3rd bag. Nice people! read more

Serious space shot. Had the store ship 2 paintings back home. We were asked if it would be ok to mail them Monday since she was busy on Friday. We said that would be fine. She said they would be delivered by the following Friday. Called when they weren't received and were told that because they were so busy the paintings didn't go out until Thursday and would be delivered the following Wednesday. No phone call or anything. Just a spacey woman with a pretty nonchalant attitude about customer service. Businesses in Moab recommending should beware. read more
