I called that number numerous times and could not get a person to talk too. I called Knowles back and explained the situation. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. They wouldn't help me with the manufacturer or anything. It was basically "oh well so sad" This is the second time I have had problems with Knowles. I get better service from purchasing in Grand Junction and having it delivered. Avoid Knowles. For a local business they sure don't care about their local customers.

We purchased carpeting from Knowles home furnishings for our home in Moab in 2024. Our home has a…read moretile in the kitchen abutting the carpeted living room. The initial installation had a horrible seam visible the entire length of the room and had to be redone --and it was complete because we withheld our final payment. However, when we discovered that the entire edge along the tile was unraveling, and one area to a significant degree in less than a year's time, Knowles tried to blame it on "pet damage" and refused to honor any warranty. Preston (owner of Knowles) said he would contact the manufacturer, but after waiting 3 months, this had not happened. He continued to claim the unraveling was pet related, not because this unstable carpet should never have been installed against tile. When we expressed our frustration with his failure to follow through on his product, he simply hung up on us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING FLOORING BUSINESS WITH KNOWLES!!!!!

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front) - Bodacious Blooms of Canyon Nursery is amazing. They should be your…read morego-to for all things flowers, bloom related in Moab! Enough said. The rest of the story: My wife and I traveled to Moab for a much needed time away to be together and present with and for each other. I had started a tradition of having a bouquet of flowers for her in the room with a card when we arrive. Admittedly thinking of where and how to get it done in Moab created a challenge. We stayed at the Moab Springs Ranch Resort (MSRR). Lisa at MSRR recommended reaching out to Alice at Canyon Nursery. Canyon Nursery also does the flowers around the MSRR. I reached out to Alice and explained what I wanted to do. She responded she would have a "beautiful bouquet there for us when we arrived." That was no exaggeration. The test for how much my wife enjoys and likes surprise is if she tears up. She did. The challenge became how to get at least some of the arrangement back home to Virginia. She wrapped a few of the yet to open blossoms in alunimu foil with a wet paper towel and put them in her suitcase. They made it. Thank you Alice, Canyon Nursery/Bodacious Blooms for bring joy to my wife and helping me maintain my hero status with her.

Alice is always so easy to schedule the delivery with, and the flowers are BEAUTIFUL, the arrangements are GORGEOUS, and they just fill the room with colorful and lovely, lovely scent.
