When I showed up for my appointment, they had lost my booking, even though I called that same morning to confirm my appointment. They had not ordered the windshield, and had nothing in stock. I called Apple Auto Glass in Pickering, it was the owner (Tony) that picked up the phone. He was extremely sympathetic, and made time for me to come in straight away to take a look at the crack. I showed up within 20 mins, he said they could do the work that afternoon and had my vehicle done by 5pm the same day. Tony was amazing, so helpful, AND his pricing was significantly cheaper than Speedy Glass. Would recommend Tony and this specific Apple Auto Glass to anyone.

Spoke to Greg and booked the appointment same day. Dropped off the car didn't expect much except for what needs to be done. Mind you I am very particular with my cars so I'll know if they have done a good job or not. When I picked up the car, Greg actually told me they have done more than what I've asked for as there were more needed, but billed me the same price and he put down what else are having deficiencies so I'm aware of what may come next.
