Sold me old beer from November 24 with things floating around all of the 6 bottles went back to exchange or return after I noticed it and after I had already drank one I went in and told him the beer was old he didn't believe me and reviewed the bottles he then began to tell me that it was fine and not old he pulled another 6 pack from the fridge and again old and floating things inside all bottles he got me a new pack from the back that was good and nothing floating in the bottles and I went on my way. Adobe Mobil in Agoura Hills advertises a two dollars saving for car washes when a customer purchases 8 gallons or more. The sign showing this discount is clearly visible next to the car wash. I purchased more than 10 gallons last time I was at this gas station. The "express" car wash is regularly nine dollars, therefore my cost should be seven dollars based on their discount policy. I took the receipt, with the nine dollar charge to the cashier who would not refund me two dollars and also told me that it would automatically be changed to seven dollars when my credit card company processed the payment. Guess what? He was not telling the truth! The nine dollar charge still shows on my credit card statement. Adobe Mobil is a gas station I have gone to for years and now will never return. read more

I once got stuck inside the car wash tunnel. The wash decided to suddenly quit 30 seconds after starting. Couldn't move forward or back out due to various mechanical arms blocking my path in either direction. Thank goodness for cell phones! Called the attended who took his sweet time to come rescue me. He was not apologetic nor did he seem surprised at the malfunction. Something tells me I'm not the only one who's been stuck in that predicament. All that said, the car wash is decent. It's the "touchless" version which only uses high-pressure jets versus any actual abrasive brushes touching your car. This Mobil station's certainly convenient. There's about a dozen pumps so you won't have to wait a bunch, especially since it's more or less in the middle of nowhere. They got Speedpass, a convenient store to get some refreshments, and you can even get your car wash if you feel like it. I'd give 'em 5 stars because it is extremely convenient, but with 87 octane unleaded at $3.22/gallon as of March 2007, I can't quite get myself to do that. Then again, we may find in 5 or 10 years that gas is $20/gallon and we'll look back on these days full of nostalgia. read more

This Mobil station is not bad . Has a decent price for gas, a good amount of snack and drinks inside , and a laid back employee . There are good things and some bad things about the location but one thing to know is. Car wash- don't do it . Go across the street to shell and get the wash over there . For some reason , I got quite a few scratches on my car from the car wash . Our car showed "Refuel" sign on 101 Freeway, so we dropped by this Mobil station off Reyes Adobe exit. We saw another driver switching pump locations and wondered what's wrong. We chose another pump, but the card slot was blocked with a paper sign "CASH ONLY" So we went to another pump. The card slot locked my credit card immediately, not allowing any keyboard entries. I could not clear or cancel to get my card back. I walked to the cashier in the convenience store and waited in line. The only man at the counter "You must've done something wrong. Just push clear button. Wiggle the card and pull out". Which I had tried myself already. Then I walked back out and tried a few more times with no success. I went back inside the store, waited in line again. He grudgingly walked to the pump with me. He was able to release my card but very dismissive and grumpy. I said "This (pump card slot eating my card and not releasing) never happened at any gas station" 'Well, there's always a first time for anything, isn't there!" So unbelievably rude. I don't think they maintain their pump card slots well because 3 of them didn't work properly. Luckily there was a Shell station right across the street, actually at 10 cents less per gallon. We bought 15 gallons at Shell pump with no issues. We will remember where to, or not to stop for gas in Agoura. read more

I've come here a couple of times since I work in the area, and it's your average gas station. It's super convenient since it is right off the 101 freeway especially southbound. Gas prices are typically average. I haven't tried out the car wash, but given the reviews, I think I'll stay away from it. This has station was the worst service. Had merchandise that I was getting with my boss. I let her know I was waiting for my boss to Check out so my merchandise was on the counter. She checked his items and did not say are these together and then I forgot to get smokes so we paid for those but when we were leaving "NIRU" the boss said we did not pay for those so we were not going to check out 3x's so we walked out. Came here on Sunday because my tire pressure suddenly dropped in all four tires. Shad came out and helped us with the air pressure machine. He filled the tires for us when we had trouble, made sure the air pressure was correct, and smiled the whole time! I really cannot say enough nice things about Shad. What a lovely young man! I paid to get my car washed when getting gas (I used to frequent here when I lived around the corner) and then discovered the car wash was out of order. The clerk refused to give me a refund, but signed my receipt with his signature and told me to come back another time. I wanted a more official claim to a free car wash because I needed my car washed that day and rarely wash it since I park inside at home and work, but he said, "Don't worry I am always here." So I was under the impression it was the owner or the manager. I just finally drove out of my way today to get that owed car wash and the clerk refused to honor it. He refused to call the manager saying that was only allowed for emergencies, and then gave me a number to call to resolve it, which then turned out to be a fake number. Horrible customer service and I feel I was lied to. I should have demanded the refund more forcefully the first time and complained to the credit card company if he hadn't given it to me. I've benn going this gas station for years whenever I need a quick car wash as it provides a touchless car wash. However, not any more. Yesterday, I went there because my windshield is kind of dirty and needed to fill up anyway. As I pulled in, I noticed that the price was 4 cents higher than the Shell station across the street. However, I just went ahead of filling the tank spending $100. When I tried to get a car wash the pump didn't provide the option. Therefore, I went in and the cashier was saying the casr wash is broken. The cashier is also aware of the price difference and he was laughing at me. I am pretty sure the station knows the advantage they have because of the touchless car wash machine and it was just a laughing matter for a customer to visit and pay extra without nothing. Complete POS pretend car wash. The Shell station across the street has a car wash that actually washes your car with soap and spinning brushes, but it was out of service so I followed another car over into this station to try their drive-through car wash. After waiting in a long line I realized that the machine does not accept credit cards and you have to either leave your place in line or run into the station and purchase the car wash inside. I purchased the "best" $7.00 car wash for $9.00 (because I wasn't filling up my car with gas), which is pretty deceiving since the Shell station across the street doesn't have two sets of prices like that. When I finally pulled in, I realized that this wasn't a real car wash but basically a couple of garden hoses spraying water on your car. I pulled over once I exited and realized that the car was still dirty with dust and dirt all over the front, hood and sides of the car. I went inside and asked if I can please get the five digit code to go back through a second time and the man said "No, I'm sorry I cannot do that". I explained that the car wash did not work and my car was still dirty and he said that it is a "high pressure water wash", and not a proper car wash with brushes and soap. He refused to allow me to go through a second time and said "I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do." Completely ridiculous customer service. If I wanted to hose off my car and save $9.00, I would've done that in my driveway. I wasted $9.00 and 20 minutes. I came home and told two neighbors that were outside what happened. I have never washed my car there before, but my wife and I have stopped there for gas many times on the way home. I live in the neighborhood and will never go there again for gas. I will also be sure my wife and son don't ever spend $0.01 there ever again. I feel like I just threw $9.00 in the trash. The worst part is the lack of customer service. I am literally going to get a real car wash now. Totally ridiculous experience. Very disappointed. Save yourself the frustration. If you actually need to wash your car, don't waste your time and money here. You are better off saving your time and money and leaving your car dirty because that's how you will leave this place anyway. read more
