The boys already mentioned that they will be back throughout the summer. Probably our go-to place to get something while in a hurry to get back to camp. The store felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. There were three employees present, and their behavior made both my daughter and me feel uneasy. As customers, we should be able to shop without feeling scrutinized or uncomfortable. The condition of the store was also unacceptable. The Slurpee area was filthy, with sticky residue on the floor, spills all over the machines, and product splattered across the surrounding counter surfaces. The entire area appeared neglected and in need of immediate cleaning. The store itself was also very warm inside, which only added to the discomfort. When we approached the register to pay, the employee assisting us behaved in a manner that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. His demeanor and actions were inappropriate enough that I left feeling unsettled by the interaction. Additionally, the exterior of the building appears to be in poor condition. The roofline at the front of the establishment looks as though it may be sagging or in need of maintenance, which further contributes to the overall impression that this location is not being properly cared for. This location has been declining for quite some time, but this visit was particularly disappointing. Basic cleanliness, professionalism, and customer comfort should be expected at any business. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses both the condition of the store and the customer service issues.

I arrived there soon after but every person there ignored us standing at the desk.. three different employees walked past me and my son completely ignoring us when I finally spoke up and asked for Sayeed who was really busy helping other customers. He seemed to be the ONLY ONE there that actually took the time to care and put the customers first and was really knowledgeable and gave us extra tips on how to make those dry I've packs last longer. I provided very clear instructions -- on THREE separate occasions over a TWO WEEK period -- explaining that a manufacturer coupon needed to be processed in order for the medication to be affordable. This was not complicated or unusual, as the prior pharmacy had been handling it correctly without issue. Instead of helping, CVS wasted hours and days of my time with repeated calls, excuses, delays, and zero resolution. This is a DAILY medication that I rely on, yet there was absolutely no sense of urgency, professionalism, or concern for the patient. What made the experience even worse was Paul's behavior. He was incredibly rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to help. He actually told me he was "too busy" to contact the prior pharmacy to have them explain the coupon process -- something that should frankly already be within CVS's normal scope of knowledge and customer service. After two weeks of getting nowhere, I finally had my doctor cancel the prescription and transferred it to Amazon Pharmacy. Amazon resolved the exact same issue within MINUTES and my medication is already being delivered. That alone says everything. Paul's attitude was arrogant and unacceptable for someone working in healthcare. Patients should not have to beg for basic assistance while being treated like an inconvenience. If CVS is this understaffed, poorly trained, or poorly managed, they need to address it immediately. If you want an AMAZING Pharmacy in the area - go to Westlake Village Pharmacy. Been going there for YEARS and they are amazing, friendly always a smile and willing to help. Wish this particular RX could go to them - all my others do go there and could not be more happy!
