Broadway Express is quite a bit bigger than the other convenience stores in the immediate vicinity, so there's that. Gas, air pump, ATM, lotto machines (if you care), small seating area, a few off-street parking spaces. Its hours are super-convenient... I don't want to misinform but I think it's 2 in the morning. You have your standard in-city convenience store prices, but the people behind the counter are quite nice, so it's not a total drag to interact with them. The gas prices are pretty much in keeping with the neighborhood. For said neighborhood? Definitely four stars.

The gas pumps are all self pay, so that's easy for people in a hurry. On the inside you can get a slurpee, regular cold beverages, snacks, cookies, chocolates as well as some prepared foods like sandwiches. It's great that if you have a Cumberland Farms card, you always receive ten cents off the price for each gallon of gas you buy. The air pump station is always working. The inside of the store is always well-stocked, clean, and orderly. The people at the cash register are very pleasant. There are two entrances/exits for this location. One is on Charles Street, and one is on Mineral Spring Avenue. Entering/exiting the location is easy. Really excellent place.

Aside from that, it seemed to have a large variety or ready to go items and coffee. I don't buy gas here because they're more expensive than top-tier brands like Shell, which doesn't make any sense. Normally, I would rate this type of gas station/convenience store around two stars (or even one, if there are more serious issues), but I have no problem rating this place a solid three stars, and would even give it 3.5 stars, if Yelp allowed half stars in individual ratings. That's because their prices are super low. As of Oct. 20, 2017, their price for regular unleaded gas was $2.43 - that's a full 20 cents per gallon less expensive than the Shell station nearby! Also, they charge less than $2.80 for a gallon of 1 percent milk, which is the cheapest current price I've seen. And, a 16-ounce Red Bull was $3.79, versus an average of $4.19 elsewhere. Their location - adjacent to the traffic rotary across from Royal Mills - is actually quite convenient and easy to pull in and out of, with several curb cuts in their parking lot. Yet another reason I like them is that I ran out of gas nearby, about a year ago, and they helped me out a lot when I was in a jam, so I appreciate that. There's lots of pumps, that always seem to be full. There's also a convenience store inside, and a Dunkin' Donuts. It's clean, and the staff has always been professional with me, you don't seem to see the type of surly teenager that usually work at these places. Gas prices are consistent with all the other gas stations in the area, so it's not the type of place that you pass by to get the cheaper stuff down the street.
