The staff here are great and I've always been greeted with smiles and fast assistance. The value of the $46.00 a month membership is worth every penny. We were immediately able to wash our car which was fastens good. After this, there was an area to park and vacuum, wipe, spray with an assortment of machines/supplies. Worst of all, when I got the vehicle back, the interior had a strong odor that smelled like marijuana/drugs. That is absolutely unacceptable for a professional detailing business. For $120, I expected my vehicle to come back clean, fresh, and properly detailed--not with missed areas, an unfinished engine bay, and an interior smelling like marijuana. I'm completely devastated since this is a new car. Only 4 months old. Most likely I would need to get my car rebalanced again with new replacement wheel weights.They did their best at cleaning my car but I also did notice a scratch on the hood along with my wheel weights destroyed by the person operating the pressure washer. They did a fantastic job on the car as they always do, but if it's going to be a 2 hour+ wait every time now idk if I'll be back. They also raised the price from $20 to $25 for a basic car wash for an SUV. There was also so many people at one point waiting that some people had to stand as there wasn't enough chairs.
