Pay for most expensive wash, get zero effort from prep guy at start of tunnel to remove a layer of lovebugs that would have come off with 10 seconds of pressure wash. A lot of times they're very nice. Sometimes on the regular guy is not there they won't unscrew my antenna. Once every 2 months I do the ceramic top of the line wash comes out really nice once every three weeks so is going for the $5 wash and it's still advertised $5 on their website but it's $8 when you get there so is it $5 or $8 and nobody responds on Facebook read more

Nice little spot for a quick car wash. They offer self service vacuuming with great suction. We have a dog and it really vacuumed the inside of the car nicely. The exterior is ran through a drive through car wash and really cleaned my car. You have several washes to choose from at great prices. They also offer a membership for those who are interested. I am a member at M Car Wash. The staff is rude I came at 7:24am because the website and maps say that they open at 7am. I came in the parking lot and just parked there because the cones were up so I was waiting for them to move them maybe at 7:30-8am because for some reason they werent open at what there hours of operation show every where. Finally an hour employee comes up to me around 7:35. so I'm thinking perfect he's going to tell me when they open. Instead he says "what are you doing in the parking lot?! we're closed we don't open till 8am you need to leave now!" this isn't the way you treat customers also on every website i looked up it says 7am that they open. if you want to get treated poorly as a monthly member to there car wash I'd sign up now read more

The people here are lazy and they will make every excuse the reason you car is damage. Brand new car 2021 and it was my cars fault the side mirror was damaged and the rear windshield wiper was broken. The car is only 3 months old. I should have known there was a issue with this place cause when paying for the most expensive package they didn't ever power wash the front of my care to get the bugs off. So when getting out of the walk still had a lot of bugs on front of my car. Meaning it didn't even look like the front was washed. Avoid this place with those prices too you can get a mobile guy to come to you place and wash your car for the same price. read more

Updating my review. There were a few minor things when they first opened that have been improved upon. Biggest improvements are that the "drying wheel" has been slowed down which I'd good because before it would take your wiper blades with it from time to time. That has solved that problem. They also now provide towels in the vacuuming area for those who like their car perfect. The tire shine applicator seems to be doing a much better job. I did sign up for the monthly plan which allows you to go in a once a day (not that I do, but you can) and the consistent cleaning definitely helps keep your car clean. The consistent washing also makes the car wash tunnel more effective. I definitely recommend the monthly plan if you are going use it frequently. They definitely use good soaps and conditioners and plenty of them. I get a lot of comments that my car looks brand new especially after leaving the car wash. read more

My car is black and I had spots on the hood from sprinkler system from watering grass. They tried to remove spots after 2 washings and still could get them off. You have to vaccum inside car yourself even after paying $17. Or $20. For washing and drying car. They did refund $20. Back because they didn't want to be responsible for not getting car clean. read more

Regular washes should be max $5 as all new car washes are 3$ with free vac but it's a good was and it's close to me

After I buy the monthly subscription they decide to tell me my tires are too wide. Wasted money don't recommend if you have off-road tires!

I opted in for their Ceramic Wash, and my car came out amazing!!! A week later, it still has a shine on it. They have free vacuums, which I used this time, and it was super easy, covenant and they worked really well. My car came out pretty dry, and the best part, it only took a few minutes. NO WAITING FOR AN HOUR with similar results and a cheaper price. I AM SOLD. I signed up for their monthly membership, which allows me to wash my car EVERY DAY if I want. My car hasn't looked better.
