They had a stack of paper shopping bags to the side - the right kind with handles. I pointed and asked for two of them, and the guy refused to give them to me. I gestured at all of my groceries and told him I needed to walk blocks back to my hotel and pleaded with him for a bag or two. He tells me "those are for Uber Eats orders only". Absolutely ridiculous. They're so cheap at this store. I remember this happening last year when I visited the area and this store as well. Is getting plastic shopping bags for your customers to carry their purchases home too much of an ask?
