Noticed today that the station charges a solid dollar more than competing stations for 91 octane (5.50 thereabouts v. 4.50 for 76 just down florence). This probably isn't a new development, but it's certainly something that happened after the onset of the pandemic. The only explanation I can think of is that the station may figure they're in a good position to take advantage of rental car returns who see their station as they take the florence off-ramp from the 405 and don't know if there are any other gas stations before the rental car companies. But the gouge was so bad that I took a chance and waited until I saw the 76, which paid off when their prices were almost 20% less. I get it when stations gouge in well-to-do neighborhoods where drivers don't want to go out of their way to pump. Not a fan, but I get it, and their customers probably aren't too hurt by it. But it feels kinda weird seeing stations mark up their prices in the vicinity of rental car return traffic... because tons of normal people are now 20 dollars lighter than they should've been when filling up a tank, a 20 that could've been dinner for a working class family of four. I have no way to know if this is why they're charging a dollar more than par for the area, but I can't think of any other reason. read more

At least 3 pumps were out of commission at the time of our visit to this Mobile, and at $3.059 per gallon, it was pricier than it's $2.80 something neighbors. But we had a $50 Mobil gas gift card to spend, and it was only a half mile to Alamo, so we stopped here. Another annoyance was the lack of paper - we had to pop in the store to get our receipt printed. Gas is surprisingly well priced otherwise by the LA airport, with a number of gas stations set close to where the car rental companies shuttle to and from the airport. Gas away from this neighborhood is easily $3 something. read more

I had the living bejeebies scared out of me here last night!! So I was on my way to LAX in my rental car and remembered, "Oh yeah, I have to fill up my tank. Crap!" And so, I pulled off the freeway and spotted this here Mobil station. It was totally empty, but since it was only 7pm in the IngleWOOOD, I figured it would be fine. And so I pulled up to the island, turned off my car, got out and when I got to the back left corner of my car, there is a homeless man already opening my gas tank and starting to put the nozzle in. What the shit? I was obviously startled and a bit spooked as he came out of nowhere. I then said, "Umm, no, no thanks, bye" To which he replied, "C'mon white girl, help a brutha out." Again, what the shit? I asked him to leave again, but to no avail, so I jumped back in my car and took off. And so, I don't know if this is his regular routine or what, but if you are a single girl on your way to the airport at night alone, I'd say stop at another gas station, because there wasn't anyone around to help if it had gotten ugly and eff that. read more

Mobil - Gas Stations Near Me - Inglewood, California

I've been here twice already and I love it. It's going to amass renovation where they've upgraded all the stalls and the convenient store on site. They've basically added a 7-Eleven in updated to mobil synergy fuel technology (which is apparently an even better version of the great mobil gas brand). They are at least 12 stalls which means it's likely you will never have to wait for a stall the gasoline and it is extremely clean. The cashiers inside the on-site convenient store are very nice and helpful in the convenient store has just about everything that you would want to buy from me quickie Mart. Gas prices are also very competitive too (which is rare for a mobile gas station since they typically have some of the more higher priced gasoline). I generally only try to use mobile gasoline for my vehicles in this gas station has wowed and impressed me. read more

I feel the only reason that this place has one star is because one person has reviewed it, dissed it and rated it one star. Simply put... This is a GAS STATION & SMALL CONVENIENCE STORE. It used to have a functioning mechanic shop at one point years ago. But... that hasn't been operating in a long while. I've bought gas here plenty of times. I've utilized the store to buy snacks & beverages. I've also gotten water and air. This station does the job for me when I need it. This is a PIT STOP, not my home. lol People may talk about the location being sketchy but....for starters, It's old. It's located Inglewood/Westchester adjacent right next to the 405 freeway (a place where I see people panhandle daily). Nobody's gonna bother you unless they're asking for money. You have a right to say yes or no. Quit being a scaredy cat, watch your back (like ANYWHERE ELSE in this WORLD, pump your gas, get your snacks and leave!! lol Just don't expect access to a decent bathroom or an auto repair shop. You'll be greatly disappointed. read more

I've been coming to this gas station ever since I moved to Westchester. It is a block from my house and has good quality gas (no knocks and pings). The price is a little higher than the surrounding gas stations. They charge extra if you use a credit card instead of a debit card or cash so be aware of the posted displays. In the past they have had the sales people working you when you drive up for window crack fixings or other car care items. When I see them I drive to another gas station. Inside the store they have a good mix of refreshments and snacks. Great place to pick up that late night Red Bull or ice cream. The employees are nice and helpful. The water and tire air station is located in the back and costs $1. It has been a convenient location to fill up friends and my air and gas through the years. read more

gas is damn near four buck per, oil companies are making more money than ever and yet these fueling stations can't keep their pumps maintained. I was in here with the intention of filling up the tank. the pump was leaking gasoline. told the man behind the window about it and he didn't seem to care. big puddle of gas on the pavement, more pollution, no refund, and the "I dont give a shit" attitude. read more

This Mobil is clean, they have always been courteous and it's so conveniently located, there's no long rush or wait with traffic.
