Ive been coming to this car wash for years as I used to live around the corner. It's been a long time since ive been here but was able to drop my car for wash. Just like old times, the service was great. I got the platinum wash. I inquired about getting my seat shampooed and the guy said don't worry I'll just do it for free because the stains may not come out. That was a super sweet gesture. All was well with my car and the seat came out better than I thought. I'll continue to give them my business. They get busy, so get there early or prepare to drop your car and run errands by another means for a while.. I went to lunch. read more

This is a review of the Car Wash/Detailing First off let me say...they do take a LONG time...BUT they're very thorough! usually when i get my car washed i have a couple hours to waste i live really close so this isn't an issue for me. but for those who don't i suggest hitting the park near by or walking to the deli and chilling there while you wait because it's a min of 30mins for the cheapest wash typically. they are EXTREMELY thorough even with the cheapest wash they take their time and make sure every crevice is clean! the man cleaned the rims of my car with a toothbrush! at one point to make sure it was as clean as it got...i felt super bad that he did that...but i tipped well. They are well equipped and do an amazing job...this is the only place i'll wash my car to be honest i haven't seen any other place that clean perforated seats like they do aswell for the price...last time i saw anyone attempt to clean my perforated seats was when i went to a luxurious car wash in Beverly hills that cost $100 min... Go here if you want the best wash you'll get. read more

Horrible car wash! Brought my car in for the platinum wash. There were 8 cars ahead of mine so there was a 2-3 hour wait. When I went to pick it up, I could tell it had not been washed. Did I mention my car was not very dirty at all? However, there was still dust in the air conditioning vent, a candy wrapper still in the cup holder and although I paid for air freshener, there was no smell. The outside also had a gritty film like it had not been washed, but the manager said it needed a higher level wash of $79.99 using a piece of clay he demo'd. I've been to "hole in the wall" places that had better results. When I requested a refund, the manager said he would only refund $8.00 of the $20+ that I paid. I do not recommend going there and I will not be going back myself. read more

I fear the employees here must suffer from a severe case of OCD because the two dudes washing today were just relentless on polishing my car to perfection. I am a customer of this gas station I normally get my car washed here every 3 weeks here and fill up my tank once they're done with my car. I was there today December 29th at 8 25 am to have my car washed as I do work 3 blocks away I dropped it off so once I got off at 1 it would be finished. I called at 12 to see of my car was ready and it wasn't the guy said it almost was ready. So at 110 I walked over there and they hadn't even began to wash it. So I asked the guy to please give me my money back and i made a comment to my co worker since we had dropped off our cars together I said to her "unbelievable did this guy forget to give them my key or what happened?" Well he heard me I was upset as anyone would be. 5 hours should've been more than enough I had a reason and every right to be upset. Well he got offended and decided to throw my money back at me and yell at me. So of course I got upset and yelled back at him and told him off and said instead of cursing at me and throwing my money at me you should have apologized for the incident. I will not lie I did curse at him and yelled at him because I got so upset at huu is behavior towards me. The way you approach someone leads where the situation will end. He had horrible customer service and told me he didn't care if I called corporate or told his boss. He yelled at me to get the hell out. That nothing would happen. Which is fine I'm not one to have people get fired but I would like to advice for him to get properly retrained on how to deal with upset customers and how to react when being under pressure I too work in customer service for over 10 years and I would have not reacted the way he did. I would have apologized and given the customer back their money properly and with etiquette. His name was Jose this happened around 115. I am so upset with this I will never go back to this establishment ever again. How disgusting! Please advise his managers to retrain him the way that needs to be done professionally so this doesn't happen again with other customers. CAR WASH: I happened upon this car wash on a break from work. I'm going to be honest, my poor baby hadn't had a real wash in nearly a year. She was looking rough! For $12.99 (the 2nd tier "gold wash") at a 76 Gas Station, I was expecting a quick, cheap in and out. Instead, I received a 100% flawless (I truly mean flawless), thorough hand wash by incredibly friendly staff. One man took his time making sure my car was spotless inside and out, which was no easy task. He even oiled up the cheap plastic part of my car (which nicer would have chrome) for no extra charge. No surface was left untouched. My baby looks 10 years younger! Tipped well and will definitely be returning in much less than a year! read more

I am very disappointed in the lack of service that they provide. Before when this car wash first opened up the manager was very friendly and helpful now it seems that he does not care. I went to get my car washed on Saturday 08/2/2014 at 7:20 am. I dropped off my vehicle as that is what I normally do and about 10am I went to pick it up. Everything was fine until later that night it began to rain. I didnt know about the weather conditions and so on Sunday I called the car wash to see if they can provide me a rain check. I talked to the manager and he advised me that they do offer it however the car wash was closed (on Sunday ) due to the weather and customers who get a rain check have to come back within 24 hours to have that service. He didnt apologize or even offer for me to come the next day ( Monday 08/04/2014 ) as his business being closed has nothing to do with me . I was very disappointed, I always give them my business every two weeks and this is the way I was treated. I will NEVER go back to this establishement because of this! read more
