The space was small with two stalls, and the changing table was set up outside of the handicap stall in the main area. This was especially problematic because if I put down the table, it blocked the door to the handicap stall ( blocking others from using/leaving it). As a first time mom, I was flustered and disappointed. It was better to change my child's diaper in the car. TLDR: bathrooms are not designed with families in mind.

I was on my way from Sun Prairie to Watertown, running a little late (my usual state, which I'm not proud of) and in need of some caffeine. I stopped at Kwik Trip to grab coffee and top up my gas tank. It's pretty big side, and very clean (I was only in the coffee/hot food to go area). They had a few breakfast sandwiches left at 11am but mostly lunch stuff (chicken sandwiches, breadsticks, pork sandwiches). There was a new apple 'pie', too, which I grabbed (I am a giant sucker for apples and anything with sugar, so ...) . The coffee was as good as ever, but the apple thing was just a flour tortilla with some apple pie filling and spices, folded up and heated. Not very exciting, but not bad either. It was only $1, so I'm not heart-broken over it. Oh, and there is a big condiment bar, which I haven't seen at other Kwik Trips (and you've known I've seen a few).

It's Mobil. It's Gas. They have a convenience store with a lot of liquor. I repeat, a lot of liquor. There is a Domino's attached, I think... I didn't add the other photo of me chugging a can of a fine malt beverage called JOOOSE!. It was clean inside and they had all the proper COVID precautions in place. The 2 girls at the cash register were rather bored, I think. The best part of this gas station is the payphone. I don't even know if it works. I don't care. It's a payphone! Also, the JOOOSE! Please note: it really isn't that good. I just bought it because of the name.

I was greeted when I came in, and on my way out I ran into an employee who was surveying the store with a grin on his face who was sure to ask me how my day was going and thanked me for stopping by. Yes, this is a BP gas station, but it definitely feels more like a neighborhood corner store. Jim's also gets a million bonus points for having a spotless bathroom that is far and away the nicest gas station bathroom I've ever encountered in my entire life. Finding a place a little off the beaten path reaps rewards!

The Kwik Trip was the best option with all the gas stations off the highway exit. Came here to buy some hot food and it was recently made just place in the hot food section so I just showed up right in time it seems. The rest of the store was well stocked and inventoried. With a huge selection of snacks, and great drinks for the road. Restrooms were also pretty clean as well. Staff is also friendly as well, parking isn't too bad but it is a pretty busy place. Overall solid place to visit and check out for a nice little pit stop.

The garbages were overflowing, toilet paper on the floors, the toilet seats were dirty. There was all kinds of toilet paper rolls everywhere open in the stalls, by the sink. They got me in right away. They were courteous and friendly and seemed very knowledgable about what they do. They went above and beyond -- while Luis fixed my flat, Dylan checked under the hood and found (and cleaned out) a mouse nest in my engine compartment. The little monsters had started chewing on wires, and if he hadn't caught it there's no telling what damage would have happened. Seeing as they potentially saved me a huge bill, I'd say that's great value! I'm really grateful to Dylan and Luis for their prompt and excellent service, and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone -- especially as they just recently took over this business and seem to be doing a great job of turning it around.
