Came here to buy some hot food and it was recently made just place in the hot food section so I just showed up right in time it seems. The rest of the store was well stocked and inventoried. With a huge selection of snacks, and great drinks for the road. Restrooms were also pretty clean as well. Staff is also friendly as well, parking isn't too bad but it is a pretty busy place. The garbages were overflowing, toilet paper on the floors, the toilet seats were dirty. There was all kinds of toilet paper rolls everywhere open in the stalls, by the sink. The switch was up for attention but clearly nobody cares. I don't think this bathroom had been cleaned in days!

I told him my situation about getting a room for one night and how my check out was at 11 and I needed to know how long I would need to extend my day. He went above and beyond calling me at 10am telling me, he would possibly have it fixed that day but I should get one more day. 7pm rolls around and my truck is fixed and I'm back on my way home. Bobs wife stayed at shop late so I could Uber over and that was amazing. I am truly thankful for everything Taylor Automotive did would recommend coming here any day. We couldn't find anyone willing to work on a Sunday, until I checked Yelp and called Taylor Automotive... Thankfully, the person we spoke to said that they would come to our hotel at 8am and check out the vehicle. It's 10:30. No one has called, and none of our messages have been returned. We're now penny pinching for another night stay, and I'm missing work today. If you can't help, or something came up, we at least deserve a phone call.

They got me in right away. They were courteous and friendly and seemed very knowledgable about what they do. They went above and beyond -- while Luis fixed my flat, Dylan checked under the hood and found (and cleaned out) a mouse nest in my engine compartment. The little monsters had started chewing on wires, and if he hadn't caught it there's no telling what damage would have happened. Seeing as they potentially saved me a huge bill, I'd say that's great value! I'm really grateful to Dylan and Luis for their prompt and excellent service, and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone -- especially as they just recently took over this business and seem to be doing a great job of turning it around. Paint parking lines- I wasn't exactly sure where I was supposed to park 2.) Post wifi details/instructions somewhere in your waiting area 3.) Wear a "uniform" of some sort, at least something displaying your name so that you're not mistaken for a patron 4.) Public restroom available? No indication in your waiting area. 5.) Inform customer of expected wait time, took about 45 minutes for my oil change These are fairly nit-picky but would improve the customer experience a great deal, at least for somebody like me. My other suggestion would be to communicate more clearly and in better detail- I was surprised that no recommendations were made during check-out, this is usually when I'm informed that my brakes "have a few thousand miles left in 'em" or whatnot.
