Ok here we go. This gas station just needs to be thrown away and started all over. The employees are a joke. The one guy Jonathan that is pictured in another review seems like he lacks even basic education and customer service skills. He cards people even though he's met them 100x and is so afraid to lose his job because I'm pretty sure it's the only place that would hire him. The manager, a rather burly, butch, woman has the attention span and brain of a fish. She has not even the basic common sense or skills to be a manager or even a janitor for that matter. I wonder who owns this place and if they know about the fkery going on and why his business isn't making money. No one wants to give this place business due to the bad service. I mean I get if this was Mexico or Compton (which I'm sure is where they come from) but this is the west end of the valley. They need to take this circus and its clowns back to the ghetto. read more

I've given this location two chances, and both experiences were unacceptable. During my first visit, the staff member was incredibly rude and rushed me through as if I were going to steal something despite me being nothing but friendly. I openly wished him happy holiday and was replied with a blank stare as he stood behind the counter thinking I was going to steal something after I paid for my water and bag of chips. My second visit was even worse--the employee on duty was openly racist. I felt targeted and extremely uncomfortable. Some of the cheapest gas in the area. The employees are also very friendly. My favorite is that they won't charge you for air and water even if you don't buy anything. Try finding another station in the area that'll do that! I only have two complaints about this location. First, it can be very difficult to get out of. It's located on a busy area of Topanga Canyon that gets backed up a lot and no one ever wants to let you out. It's even harder since the immediate lane is a forced right so if you want to go South on Topanga you need to get into the 2nd lane immediately. I suggest the other entrance/exit for leaving. Secondly, their window cleaners are worthless. The fluid is always just dirty water and your windows will be left so streaky you wished you didn't use it in the first place. Just don't bother cleaning them there. Other than that, this is my go to gas station! read more

When I arrived at the car wash, I saw a small sign directing me to go inside and talk to the attendant. I assumed they wanted me to pay in cash for using the car wash. However, upon entering, the attendant informed me that the car wash was out of order. This was very frustrating, especially since navigating through the facility was already inconvenient if you were familiar with its layout. Because of the awkward layout, instead of reversing out of the car wash payment area, I decided to drive through it, which unfortunately led to my tire getting punctured and damaged because of my imprudent decision. Improved communication is needed from the management towards the drivers who are feeling stressed during a busy holiday weekend. This particular incident occurred on July 3, between 4:30 and 5pm, coincidentally while their cash -on- hand was being picked up by a driver. It is conceivable that the attendant ignored or dismissed me. It is obvious that I do not recommend this business. read more

So I have been coming to this gas station to get my gas snacks and occasional pack of cigarets for over two years because I work around the block. Mind you I am a 27 year old man with absolutely no child-ish features, full beard and all. The cashier decides to ID me today, I respected the fact I didn't have my ID and didn't make a big deal about it. But when my mother went in to buy my pack of cigarets,she over heard the man at the cash wrap gossiping to the other woman clerk and laughing about the fact that he's sold me cigarets before he just didn't want to sell me any today. 1- The person who works there at night shift is always on the phone, the phone is on speaker, he was talking with me and at the same time he was talking on the phone!! 2- I visit the are 2 times per week to play soccer with my friends and on the way back every time I stop there to buy water. The restroom was always locked and the worker says it's out of service but the sign says it's for costumers only. This place should not have A sign on the window for out of service restroom!!!!! read more

Easy in and easy out. Prices are fair, and as my mechanic likes to remind me: "Remember you get what you pay for." They sell the usual assortment of odds and ends, chochkas, and whatnot. No panhandlers at this location which is a huge plus. They also keep this location well maintained, and you can wrack up or use those Plenti points here too. read more

I'd give the s place negative be stars if I could. The pumps are old and do not work properly. When I tried to speak with the gal on duty, she was more interested in her personal call on her mobile phone than assisting the customer. The employee needs counseling on customer service and the gas station needs a complete demo! The owner probably wonders why revenues are down- well it's because of your employees!
