I walk in and asked for an oil change and was told they close in 5 minutes so, no. Not even a polite refusal. The lady working the front desk was rude, unimpressive and she just lost my business for them for the rest of my days. I realize they won't care, and I never write negative reviews, but her attitude and lack of caring was too much for me. Good luck running a business treating incredibly loyal customers that way.

I did notice more squeaking after having it fixed so i dropped it off again. They advised my rear brakes just needed to be cleaned (that i had just had done at my vehicles dealership).
