The cortado had an unpleasant bitter aftertaste, like the espresso beans were overroasted. I did not realize the bread was gluten-free until I took a bite. The texture was good between the softness of the bread and the crunch of the pumpkin seeds, but didn't have the chai flavor I hoped for. I was asked if I wanted the bread warmed up and buttered so I said yes, not realizing the butter was an extra 75 cents until I checked my receipt. Feels like a bit much for a slice of bread that's already $6.75 (more than my cortado which was $4.50). On the more positive side, the shop is large and spacious with plenty of tables and chairs. There's a play area for children which is pretty cool if you have little ones with you. The ambiance is pretty unique since this is a repurposed garage. They seem very community-oriented with the event posting board at the entrance and the other local products for sale near the register. I would be willing to give this place another try should I be in the area again. I would just order a different drink and food.

The car before you will hand their drinks and food back to the barista, and you will hand your food and drinks back to the barista -- every time. There was ONE time where my remade drink was made properly, and I'm not a snob. The 3 Starbucks in this area are now horrible, this location, the one inside Target, and the one by Whitney mall. Bad regional management is clearly the issue. I really dislike Dunkin, but if I have to choose in Leominster then it's Dunkin or Lovin Donut.
