This franchise frequently changes hands and at those prices will fail again and switch ownership again. There are problems with the pumps dispensing premium when you select regular. I caught this error soon after I started pumping the last time I was there (months ago when they had an unusual competitive price blip) and the clerk would not give me the less than $1.00 I was overcharged so I reported them to the state Weights and Measures. Their number is posted on the pump by law.

So I go out to pump gas and she makes me wait a long time before turning the pump on. Then she keeps shutting off the pump every few seconds,then turns it on , shut if off awhile until I was only able to pump $4.64 worth of gas. It was 6:55 pm. To me this retaliation is offensive. Now I can not drive to my important appointment. She should be fired for denying a customer gas.

There are plenty of pumps and two cashiers so you never have to wait except when the gas tanker is refilling their underground tanks, which always seems to happen during afternoon commuting time when you might want to fill up on your way home. This is an AMAZING group of people! I showed up stressed out and mad (not at them...at the other service location in CT). I think I was very much one of those irate customers. Despite that, the service manager, Rich, took it in stride, helped me the best way he could, and took the time to hear me out. The service receptionist who helped me, Alex, was patient and kind. The two wonderful young mechanics who helped me with transport (Jamison and Lainey - I hope I spelled their names right!) were friendly, fun to talk with, and both had very good things to say about their employment - they are happy to work there. That says a lot. This is a great group of people. They work well on behalf of their customers. They know what it means to value us, to keep us coming back. They worked with my strange work schedule, and they have my respect. I never thought I'd say that about an auto dealership, but here I am, saying it!
