Not only is this Mac and cheese some of my favorite in the world, it is also remarkably cheap. The gas at the gas station is also pretty great, I would know because I buy it weekly. My only comment is that I think this establishment should provide the Mac and cheese more often, because sometimes they do not have enough.

I've stopped into this speedway many times on my way through Mound, MN and every time I've stopped in I've felt like I need a bath. I'll save you from the photos but the 5 times I've been here the bathrooms have never had soap, there is E. coli rings around outside and inside of the toilets. The layer of pee on the toilet and the floor is so thick if you need to use the bathroom you have no choice but to walk on it and deal with the strong ammonia smell. God forbid attempting to sit on that feeces and blood stained toilet: there is so much rust, rot, mold and roaches visible it's hard to believe this place is still open! LET ALONE SERVING FOOD!! I hardly ever write a bad review but I couldn't stand going in here anymore. This place needs to be shut down and remodeled completely. It's beyond a health hazard at this point.

The staff is always genuinely friendly, the store is clean and the gas is ALWAYS about $0.20 cheaper. Not only is it cheaper than 95% of stores in the metro (I'll get to that in a second) but it's high quality fuel. I get 30-50 more miles per tank consistently. Back to the pricing: I live in Minneapolis. 30 minutes away. My husband works five minutes from Kochs Korner. I am disabled and on a fixed income so I really have to think about my spending. I will typically time out my necessary trips to Loretto for when I'm low on fuel so I can take advantage of the savings. I can't fathom how many stations I pass on the 25 mile trip but I ALWAYS look up gas along my route to find the cheapest option and it's never fails that Kochs Korner wins.
