I was looking to get a new remote programmed for my system and was quoted for a whole new system after being told by the manufacturer that any dealer can replace my remote. It took them weeks to actually get my car and system looked at. I then took my system to another dealer who was more than happy to look at my system and quote me for a new remote. auto Xpress needed to see the car in person when the other dealer (Remote start MN/12 volt heaven) was able to determine the type of remote I would need and have me a cost and how long the programming would take. The cost was what he quoted but took significantly less time than quoted which was ideal for my situation. another time we had a fuel tank brought to auto Xpress to he resealed and they outsourced the tank to a place in chaska who lost it. The entire time they lied and were saying they had it in the shop. After about 2 months of waiting we told them to give it back even if it wasn't complete. Overall very disappointed in the service received and trying to be scammed into buying a whole new system.

No wear and can see the next movers on the belt. Date of service at Valvoline September 14, 2025. The Manager was assisting the attendant with my car. Called CS at Valvoline and was offered a 20% off next visit. I refused and asked for a free oil change. Really, I'm probably not going back to Valvoline businesses anymore. The convenience is great, but some of their employees are running a scam. They have a very good computer system and know exactly who was working on my car that day.

GMC had been unable to locate a new (that is to say "on a shelf for the past nineteen years") rear differential for the car. They had, however, unearthed a used assembly, but eventually determined it to be unsatisfactory for some unspecified reason. After a wasted morning, I was summarily dismissed with a greasy handshake, an excessive diagnostics bill and best wishes for finding a suitable mechanic to fix the problem that GM-trained technicians were unable to resolve. I found just such a mechanic across from the Holiday station in St. Boni. Kyle (the eponymous namesake of the Bearded Mechanic brand) searched the Internet for a proper rear differential and--in less than five minutes--located a new (unused) one. Kyle's sunny optimism was a welcome change from the apathy that was prevalent at the General Motors dealership. Kyle and his employee Isaiah (also a bearded mechanic) repaired the car in a single day at a reasonable cost. (The lavish price of the differential was set by the online seller.) My car now runs flawlessly and I couldn't be more pleased. If there is a drawback to having a car serviced by The Bearded Mechanic(s), it's that exceptional service inevitably results in a waiting list. I highly recommend The Bearded Mechanic (in fact, both of them).

So she said she'd do new transaction and delete the incorrect one later. Well I got charged for both transactions, $27.86 and $26.46. I didn't get receipts and I am out. $54.32 for 2'already extremely expensive packs of cigarettes. Very disappointed. They would get 5 stars but this cost them 2. Horrible customer service.
