I put my card in the machine and it told me to remove quickly (just like normal) and then put my pin in. After I put my pin in every time it canceled the transaction and told me to leave the card in because a chip was detected. I had to wait an extended period of time for the screen to reset and then put my card in again. The first pump would not register it and the second pump only registered it after the 3rd try. Fix your system, it should not be this hard to get gas!

When I tried to explain the issue, the clerk wouldn't listen and got nasty with me instead. I was told they found my phone and it was held for me until I could get back to the station. I tried to give the two employees cash for helping me out and they adamantly refused. I ended up buying some items inside in leiu of the cash to show my gratitude. The store's clean and nice. I appreciate the honesty and assistance I received here. They also have E-85 fuel at some of the pumps in addition to gasoline and diesel, and the car wash cleans well without damaging my vehicle.
