She is the worst clerk ever and should be investigated. Please review the surveillance video on 1/8/25 approx 7:50-8am. The gas is reasonable and for a better grade than Arco you can't complain too much. Mostly pass by for a quick snack or juice to go amd the occasional CA lottery quick pick, but never have any problems here. The lady who works inside is personable forsure yet always seems stand offish as if something could happen around here at the drop of a hat. I knkw there's been some petty theft shoplifting at this Mobil over the years, but makes me wonder what else goes down here... Whether pumping gas at a pump or running inside to pay the wait is always quick if any wait at all. The car wash is kinda in need for some updates or maintenance. I came all the way down from West Hills because I used to like this car wash but little that I know IS OUT OF SERVICE! There is no sign! Just a cone by the entrance! I even bought the "deluxe wash" at the pump!!! The ultimate wash or whatever top level touchless car wash here left my car more dirty than when I drove into it by not properly drying it and leaving really bad water spots. Like, really really bad HARD water spots. Luckily, I noticed the second I got home and used a detailer spray to get them mostly off but this is just after a major overhaul of the whole car wash. Normally, I would chalk this up to a one time thing but this is a gas station where I have seen multiple other customers completely losing their minds over pumps and the wash not working over the years. I have also had issues in 3 different cars with the pumps not clicking off and gas spraying out from the overflow. Luckily, in these cases, I was standing next to my cars and noticed. These are on modern cars and I have only ever had this happen at this station and one other one in San Diego 15 years or so ago. The store inside is usually decent IF and ONLY if the owner is there on site. I only go in there when there is inevitably a problem with the pumps or the wash, which is common. Otherwise, the service is super slow and usually manned by someone who is only marginally paying attention to the existence of customers and whatever issues pop up because something is ALWAYS broken here. IDK, the Gas Station world is dying. Maybe it has been dying a longer time than I considered. This place is definitely an example of what will most likely be a polluted overgrown field in a decade. Only time will tell. If you aren't going here specifically for the store or the wash, pick another station of the dozen or so within a mile radius. read more

As far as gas stations go, it's great. Owners always walking around keeping it clean, helping customers, and sticking the inside with a hood snacks variety. Their exterior touch less car wash is one of the best and it's $9 for the best one. Only thing you need to do after is pull out the wash and park next to one of the gas pumps to dry up the remaining water with some paper towels or a cloth of your own. It out of all the exterior washes around, this is one of the best. Low gas prices as well. And a propane filling station. This station has it all for me. read more

So I went to this car wash today after getting gas. I have a brand new Tesla and skipped my car wash this week and decided to use Mobils car wash in between my regular wash. BIG MISTAKE!!!! All of my trim on my car has oxidized. All the trim looks like it has been through an acid rain wash. I called a professional to see why this has happened. He said "That is sounds like the owners of the gas station are cutting corners." What they are doing is adding detergent to their soap to stretch their dollar. Which ultimately causes damage to you car. Mobil told me that they don't hold any liability on anything that happens to my car. They told me to contact the carwash manufacture and see what they say. False Advertisement for propane gas tanks!!! The sign clearly says $14.45 for exchanges. After charging me an old man comes out and starts yelling at me saying that's the price for refilling the tank only. The worst car wash ever! Be warned! The car wash wasn't functioning properly and I asked for assistance and this man that I'm assuming owns the Mobil station came out and adjusted something then told me to drive into the wash. There was a lot of strange noises but I just thought that it was the machines. I drove off only to discover in a matter of thirty minutes that my panel off the right side of my bumper was dislodged. The pressure blower that drys the car off was too strong! I went back and I showed the guy that either manages the station, or he might be the owner, the damage to my car. I went to wash my car, I purchased the "works wash" their best. When finished I went out to check it out, It looked wet but not clean in fact the wash seams like it had no effect on it. When I went inside and told the attendant about the bad job that the automatic car wash performed, he was kind enough to let me pas the car for a second time. This time I pre scrubbed the car and to my dismay I noticed that there were still some dirty spots. The second attendant didn't even bather to listen to me, all he had to offer was that this, meaning the car washing machine was only a machine and it couldn't do any better. I went to wash my car, went to vacuum my car and the vacuum wasn't working so I went to the attendant and she looked at like I was stupid and she told me the vacuum I was using doesn't work and to use the other one. I love this gas station! I never ever thought I would ever review a gas station! Pretty silly but this one is always a positive experience. The people who work behind the counter are sooo nice always. There is an indian man, i believe and a persian or middle eastern female also and they are so kind to me, I always enjoy going in. They have two vaccuums which we always use and they stay on for a very long time. There is always some space for parking, i like the car wash as well. We always go here or the Arco on oxnard and reseda but that one is always a pain to get in and out of, so crowded, people cut in line, and its hard to vaccum in small areas.
