They made sure to explain everything my car would need to ensure my car was safe to drive. I am so thankful to have had such a great experience with these guys! One bathroom was occupied and the other was locked, despite a sign saying the restrooms were unlocked. Several of us were simply waiting while someone went inside to ask for a key. An older man came out and immediately spoke to me in an angry, confrontational way. I walked away rather than engage. When I returned because it appeared someone was getting the key, he confronted me again, demanded to know what I wanted, and then told me he owned the bathroom and I could go somewhere else. A second man came out, asked what happened, and then repeatedly talked over me when I tried to explain. His only response was that the first man was 84 years old. Being elderly or hard of hearing may explain a misunderstanding. It doesn't excuse treating a paying customer with hostility, and it doesn't excuse another employee refusing to even listen to what happened. An incredibly uncomfortable experience over something as simple as trying to use a restroom. We won't be stopping here again.
