Had a rapidly deflating rear tire on my 4runner, Pulled off route 6 and into this auto place which was completely unknown to me prior to this visit. The gal at the desk was amazingly efficient and friendly and the interactions she had with a man who was clearly the owner, and the workers, were consistently pleasant and upbeat. My tire was fixed in about an hour even though they were especially busy with state inspections and other tasks, and I was an unexpected drop in. Price wasn't bad either. read more

Went in for an oil change and two rear breaks to be replaced. They charged me for wiper fluid and rotors when I only needed break pads they also charged for a bunch of small things that should be included with the procedure, They did all this without asking me about what I'd like to have done. I had brought my car to an off Cape Toyota dealer and was quoted an outrageous amount for a brake problem. Horrible experience at this shop. Went in for a basic oil change and was taken advantage of. Never paid over 45$ for an oil change on my vehicle. Was charged 85$ for an oil change at this location. I asked for a break down of the bill and the owner was extremely rude and yelled at me saying he can set his own prices when I told him I thought there was a billing issue. Was charged 24$ for labor 15$ for an oil filter 29$ for oil. 9$ for a hazardous material fee, and 5$ for my widow washer fluid to be topped off which every other auto shop does for free. I've been going here for years. I'm a single female and never felt like they've taken advantage of me. I read the bad reviews... some of these things had nothing to do with the mechanics.. a car that failed inspection , that's not their fault or charging for air. That's standard at any mechanic. They are a smaller mechanic and very busy. You may need to wait, but I feel their prices aren't over any other mechanics and I've never felt as if they've charged me for something I don't need. Just relocated to the cape from Illinois. Went to have our cars inspected today at Auto Care 134. My wife's car needed air in a tire, $5 to put in air for the tire. If it took 1 minute for that , it would be $600 an hour labor. How could anyone charge $5 for air? Auto Care could. Good thing inspections are controlled at $35, or you wouldn't know how much Auto Care would charge. I want to thank them for doing the inspections but want to slap their hand for taking advantage of a women when needing a tire filled. Cmon guys!!!! read more

I went to ask for help with a low tire. Clerk/tech was clearly bothered to be in the position to have to actually work and deal with customers. Would not touch my tire because the stem cap was metal....seems odd for an auto service shop. Rude, discourteous and not at all helpful. Don't bother to stop there. read more

My car broke down in the middle of the road a few weeks ago and I had it towed to Route 134 Auto Care. The entire team, especially Rick, couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Though my engine needed to be replaced and this isn't part of their services, they let me keep my car in their parking lot for a few weeks while I could sort out my insurance claim/set up repairs. They did a thorough inspection of my car and really went to bat for me when my car issues turned out to be due to a faulty install from a different auto service provider. Rick made sure to work closely with my auto insurance adjuster to get all the details right in an unbiased, professional manner, all while keeping me updated every step of the way. I will only service my car here in the future and so will my family due to the excellent service the team provided. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks, Rick and team! read more

Do yourself a favor and find another repair shop. One star is being generous since I don't have the option of 0 stars. The people there need some lessons in customer service. The people who work the counter are rude and have no idea how to treat their regular customers. After 3 years of bringing both mine and my wife's cars there and spending thousands of dollars in that shop I am treated rudely and like some shmo that just walked in the place for the first time. I am so done with this place. So if you want to get angry, be made to feel stupid and treated poorly by all means bring your car there. read more

The worst most unprofessional place to service a vehicle on cape cod. Staff sucks, place sucks, they will take your money before telling you what they did. They treat their clients like shit, the amount of disrespect is appalling. Went there for a Mass State Inspection 7/28/15 The older gentleman in charge was excellent about explaining what I needed for an older truck with commercial plates. He was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Most places wouldn't. Inspection stations get a bad rap, but the laws are rather rigid and penalties are high if they don't follow the law. I felt I was treated fair and I was happy with my service. read more

We arrived to the cape for our anniversary and the truck i had just bought decided to give up its power-steering pump. Real bummer. We drove in to RT134 just before closing time, the owner and staff were friendly and helpful even though they were just getting ready to close. We coudn't drive our vehicle, so they helped us out with some temporary overnight transportation and the next day the power steering pump was replaced and we were on our way. 5-stars for these guys, rare to find this type of repair shop anywhere, we got lucky and stumbled upon the best in the business! Place sucks..went in for a bulb to be replaced...they replaced the wrong one, and made me pay for both. Sadly, was in few years before and had a leak in valve and guess what? Not at all helpful in getting a inspection sticker. Loves to fail people on inspection. l Own a 2011 Jeep with 12,000 miles. Pulled in and they rejected because the back seat was up and could not see the seat belts in back. Could not even just pull the cord with one finger and pull it down to look. Also failed license plates because they would not shine. Ok, you have a 90 year old man in the car and they loved giving the rejection sticker. Went back today with paperwork that new plates coming in and the gentleman could not even read it. Dennis is at least 75-80 percent seniors in the winter. It is hard to get us riled, but I went in there today looking for trouble. Did not want to calm me down, was very rude and both men there loudly saying something rude to me as I left. I even apologized 3 times for being so upset, but could not figure out the laziness when my husband came in. IF YOU GO THERE, REMEMBER YOU WERE WARNED. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SENIOR. read more
