Sorry, I'm late with this review. I was in there this morning around like 930 and I went into cash…read morea lottery ticket and get the lottery for my husband for the day. Young girl by the name of Ruby, I assume she was supposed to be waiting on me she came over took my tickets. I want to cash. It took my ticket. In the meantime she's still talking to some other Customer down further she was busy focusing on him. I know she's a young person and you know people get swayed by attractive people on the other side. I think she was a friend and she had talked with him. I had to keep calling her back and then I wanted to get lottery for the day and I offered to tell her how to do it and she didn't bother she just called the other kid in the other side, making him come over and do the lottery like totally ignoring me, but still talking to her friend on the other side of the counter. I really felt disrespected and ignored if you don't want to do the register and stuff even though it's part of your job, I really feel you shouldn't be up there. At one point she reached over it was one of the lottery tickets and she's just waving it at me so I gotta grab it out of her hand. I would've gotten more lottery but I just was very put off about it. I did ask her for particular ticket. She gave me a different ticket which I didn't realize like it out of the car was the wrong ticket, but I kept it anyways. Again, like I said, she doesn't have the personality that warrants are being at the front desk, waiting on customers about pretending to wait on customers, but really ignoring us so that she could be more focused on her friends that come in and have time to talk in which case then she should use that time to talk after she's not working when she's working.. This is the first I have run into her, but I'm hoping it's the last I never have any problems with anybody else at that store.

I'm here all the time & grab my ice tea on a regular. Imagine my surprise when the tea went back up…read morefrom the $1.09 that has been for years. I was told I need to spend a minimum of $3.50 to get the tea for $1.09. I said I just put $50 worth of gas in my tank. You're telling me that doesn't qualify? I was just there yesterday. Purchased a tea again got some Advil for $3.69 and still got charged the FULL amount this time I'm told oh that's only applies to the small and medium cups. Corporate greed is real, and unfortunately, the consumers are continually paying the high cost of corporate greed while trying to survive day to day. This may be trivia but at what point does it stop?

We used to make the trip to the Dedham Costco, but ever since the Sharon location opened this has…read morebecome our go-to store. Much closer for us and honestly just a really well run Costco overall. The store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate even when it's busy. The staff deserves a lot of credit too. Every employee we've dealt with has been genuinely friendly. Not fake corporate friendly either. Actual "how's your day going?" kind of people who seem like they don't hate being there, which these days feels rare. We went yesterday with a very simple plan. Grab some meat, toilet paper, paper towels, and a case of Coke Zero. Standard Costco run. Somehow we left with all of that plus a Ninja slushy machine, a prep sink for my garage, six pounds of whole bean coffee, and a couple whole trout that we're grilling tonight. That place is dangerous in the best possible way. You walk in needing batteries and leave questioning whether you should buy a kayak and a gazebo. Checkout is another thing they do well here. They always seem to have plenty of registers open and the lines move fast. I'm an Executive Member and usually go during the early access hour, which is fantastic if you want to avoid the real chaos and shop in relative peace before the carts start colliding like a demolition derby. The gas station is also a huge plus. Prices are consistently better and even when the line looks intimidating, it moves quickly. My only minor complaint, and it's not enough to affect the rating at all, is the location of the food court. If you're just going in for a hot dog or pizza, you're kind of fighting upstream against everyone exiting the store. Not the end of the world, just an odd setup. Other than that, love this Costco. Rhode Island seriously needs to get the hint and build one already because half the parking lot in Sharon seems to have Rhode Island plates anyway.

I went where no logically thinking adult should go... Costco on a Saturday morning. The store was…read moreclean, well lit, and organized. The prices were comparable to its competitors. The staff I interacted with were friendly and fairly efficient. The parking lot is large but could definitely benefit from additional parking spaces. This store can definitely test the strength of a relationship. Nearly every aisle I ventured down had a couple arguing. Who knew a multi pack of bounty paper towels could cause so much turmoil. Overall it was a positive experience but I definitely wouldn't recommend going on a Saturday again unless you were training to be an MMA fighter.
