My car looks better than it has looked in the last 4 years of ownership! I was in crisis mode because both of my kids got sick on the way back from our short trip and my daughter puked all over the back seat. I really couldn't drive it without feeling sick from the smell and I called around to see who could get me in the quickest. Wilfredo has the best customer service ever! He was unable to see me but got me in touch with his partner Kelvin who was able to take my car in that same day. They don't try to pressure you into buying other services or products. It's just no frills great service. Kelvin did an outstanding job - like I said, my car looks almost new inside. I have had my car detailed before and it has never looked this good and on top of it their customer service is top notch. He even offered to drive my car to me and have me drive him back so that I wouldn't have to rely on a ride. That is a level of service you rarely see nowadays. Calvin is a wizard! I brought my 2016 Mazda 6 for a full detail, to see how it would compare to a dealership detail. I was not disappointed! 1.) information Kelvin was very informative. I wanted a full detail, but after dropping my car off, he suggested a cheaper package, due to my car being Is good condition. I ended keeping a full detailing with engine bay cleaning. 2.) details Every nook and cranny of my interior was cleaned. From the cracks to the pedals, to the carpet being combed for sand and rocks. For the same service, I paid a fortune at the dealers! 3.) professionalism Before I took my car back, Kelvin went through and noted everything he did, pointed out the details of each issue he had, and what he did tor rectify it. He also gave me care tips, and what to do to keep my car in pristine shape. In conclusion, I have found someone I can build a relationship with like a homely barbershop! Kelvin did a full detail on my car and it came out fantastic. I could not believe how clean it looked, the inside is a cream color and has never been detailed before.
