I went in for a simple valve stem converter replacement. It was a replaceble sensor stem and I had been instructed as to how to change it and Had all the neccessary parts. Long story short he proceeded to destroy the sensor assembly so that it could not be changed. He Abruptly went over to the tire popped arubber plug into the rim and stormed off. Once the tech had the tire back on the car he had some rude words towards me and Actually Charged $20 for it.... A $5 job anywhere else. But I was stuck... The work had already been done. I would not recommend this service station to ANYONE.... Beware.... As if BP didn't have a bad enough representation they need people like this to be running their stations?
