5 STARS -- And Trust Me, I Was NOT Happy to See Y'all!…read more Let me start by saying, nobody wants to meet the repossession company. There was absolutely NO part of me saying, "I can't wait to visit Artis Recovery!" But life has a funny way of introducing you to good people under some not-so-good circumstances. And I have to give credit where credit is due. From beginning to end, the people at Artis Recovery in Tifton, Georgia treated me with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect. They never made me feel embarrassed, talked down to me, or treated me like I was just another vehicle or account number. A very special shout-out to Danielle and her husband, Devin. Danielle was incredibly patient with me throughout this entire situation. She communicated with me, answered my questions, and showed me genuine compassion during a situation that was already stressful enough. Devin was just as kind and helpful. They both went above and beyond, and those small acts of kindness meant more to me than they probably realize. And YES... I GOT MY CAR BACK! So thankfully, this story has a happy ending! Would I recommend getting your car repossessed just so you can experience their customer service? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Pay that car note, people! But if life ever puts you in an unfortunate situation where you have to deal with a recovery company, I can honestly say that I'm grateful the company I had to deal with was Artis Recovery. You never know what someone is going through, and treating people with dignity during one of their difficult moments says a lot about a person and a business. Danielle & Devin -- thank you both for being good people when you didn't have to be. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. Five stars for Artis Recovery. ALSO TO ALL BANKS LET ME ADD I am a hard catch! HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! Because THEY ARE INDEED GOING TO RECOVER YOUR WHIP!! If they can catch me they can catch Everybody! Great people. Unfortunate meeting circumstances. But definitely great people!

I pulled over into a Circle K parking lot. I called Geico and was given some numbers to call. GT's had better deals than the rest. I was told it would be 30 minutes to get to me. Robert (the man driving the wrecker) was there in less than 10 minutes. I was crying because I just knew it was going to be an expensive fix. Robert kept asking if I was ok. He was very kind. He hooked up my car and we all drove to the Walmart on Norman. During our ride we mentioned where we were headed. Robert told us we were 45 miles out of our way. We missed our turn. Had we not said anything, we wouldn't have known and kept driving the wrong way!! Once we got to Walmart, Robert gave us easy directions on how to get back to the 10. Thank you Robert for your kindness and help. I am forever grateful.

Fearing a lengthy delay, and at age 81 not eager to have to change a tire on the side of an interstate highway, we were led to Fausett's with the help of an online search. A kind lady in the office quickly addressed our situation and concern, then directed an attendant to diagnose the issue (imbedded nail). We were on our way in 15 minutes with a professionally repaired tire for a reasonable price. Salt of the earth, caring people who were eager to help. I would highly recommend their shop, service and caring nature.
