Had my windshield replaced in 2019 & it went good. Leo was kind and done in an hour and nearly half the price of other places. After it was done, we had some rubber that made a funny reverberating noise when the wind went across the window, he checked it out but we didn't know exactly where it was coming from yet so I just dealt with it and it eventually went away. A few months into the windshield change, I noticed some leaks at the top after going to the car wash. I ignored it and it got worse. But I contacted him even after months of this happening via text and he fixed it by resealing the right side of the windshield at no cost. Hopefully it is all fine. read more

He's STILL emailing me through Yelp and name calling me. My review reflects my honest and VERY negative experiences. Yes, he was cheap, but you get what you pay for. In my case, damage was done to my windshield and the rubber to install it was falling apart after one week. Be aware of shoddy work and harassment that will come (even 5 years later) for being honest about it. This guy obviously has issues and has no business working in a service industry. Update 10/20/17: And now this jackass owner is accusing me of dating an employee and this is all made up?! As I said, this dude clearly has issues. I've been happily married for many years. Nope, didn't date anyone at that company. Review was honest. They damaged my car. Yelp--please delete the garbage this owner is spewing about me. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO SEEK ANY SERVICE. I usually go on YELP to PRAISE companies, but when people do terrible service, people should know that information. This idiot is trying to discredit my review. Leo came to my house and installed a new windshield in my '72 Jeep Wagoneer. He spent a long time working meticulously to make sure it was properly installed and sealed. His price was very good. Other shops wanted to charge a lot extra for a replacement molding. Leo made one himself in my driveway and did not charge any extra. I will definitely call him again if I need auto glass. read more

These guys replaced the window in my car. They missed their first appointment time and we're late at the second and then at the first rain the car window leaked. I have called and left multiple messages and have not gotten a return phone call. I finally just went to another company to have them fix the window. read more

Unfortunately on christmas eve my back window was broken on my car. I called monday and was told they could come out tuesday. First he called and said they sent the wrong window from my car and would come at five thirty. Well five thirty came around then six and I did not hear anything. So i called and the guy and he said he was already home and he gave me the number of another guy to call, I called him and he gave me another guys number. Long story short I had to call and call until finally they said it was to late and they would come wednesday morning. He did come and fix my car but left two huge scratches all the way down to the primer. On top of all that my defroster did not work. I called him and he asked to bring my car to his shop, i brought it to them and the guy was not even there and the guy who was there did not even know what was going on. He looked at my defroster adjusted something and sent me on my way. it still did not work so i called again and he met me at vandenberg village and kept saying it was working. It wasnt working. I called again and took it to santa maria again he said he would hook it to a machine i brought it to him and left it for two hours my car never left the parking spot and once again he said it worked. which it didnt. So I finally had someone else look at it and found out all it was a fuse. Now if he would of looked correctly he would of figured it out but he just felt my window felt it warm and say it worked. Now if he would of been professional and looked right and told me it was the fuse i would fix it but he just looked really quick and sent me on my way. Not to mention he left glass all over my car and drive way. And he was basically accusing me of lying that my defroster worked before it was broken. This was the most un proffessional place I have ever dealed with. I would not recommend going to them it is cheaper but you definately get the quality you pay for. You should pay a little bit more and go to a better windshield repair place. read more
