I was in a hurry so I came back for them later. Also, I got some used tires here and they had some good ones. They let me in to the back to go see them and examine them. I said looks good to me! They got to work on my truck right away. After they inflated them, they dunked them in water to look for leaks. None. Nice! As the guy was working on installing them, he pointed out a better solution for lug nuts than what I had and made a recommendation. He didn't have to, but he did. He saved me from a big problem in the future! They also used a torque wrench to tighten. In total, it was maybe 30 minutes! All-included price for everything was fair. Credit cards accepted. Awesome service! I am very very happy and they are now my #1 go-to tire shop.

Even though I didn't purchase my tires from them, they initially offered to repair the tire at no charge. I was honestly surprised by that level of customer service. During the inspection, they discovered my locking wheel key was missing. Instead of sending me away, the team went the extra mile and was kind enough to borrow a compatible key from another customer's vehicle so they could remove my wheel. I truly appreciated the extra effort they made to help me. After inspecting the tire, they found two punctures side by side, making it unsafe to repair. They quickly located a matching pair of replacement tires, had them delivered the very next day, and installed them promptly. From start to finish, Stephen and everyone in the service shop were professional, friendly, honest, and efficient. I vowed to buy my next tires from them. A few months later I got a quote from Armando on my large truck tires which was a little higher than expected, but when I checked at Costco, they couldn't get my tires for some reason, and didn't offer any options. Another tire shop I've used in the past was a little more money. So, I talked to Armando and told him I would like to go ahead and get the tires. Expecting to have to put money down and wait a week to get them, he tells me he'll order them that day and he'll let me know when they're in THE NEXT MORNING! I was so surprised! I asked about having to make a deposit and he said "not necessary, I'll let you know when they're in and we'll schedule an appointment. At noon the next day he called to tell me they were in and asked me when I wanted them installed. I said I was free the rest of the day and agreed to a 1:30 appt. Armando did a great job installing my tires and I was out of the shop in less than 40 mins! This has been my best tire shop experience in over 40 years! Sousa has my business for life. Before the gentleman pulls my vehicle inside he says, "just so you know, your probably gonna need new cam bolts for us to do the alignment". Ok.... How can he tell that from looking at the front bumper? I leave my car there wait for the call when its finished. An hour later I get the call, I need all new camber bolts. $160 total added to the bill. Yes, I authorized it since I knew it needed the Alignment, but felt odd since what he said earlier. Jobs done and I go to pick it up. Now I gotta run my credit card through 2 transactions... And each transaction is with a 3% surcharge for cards. But the bill was written up on one invoice, not two. Figured the alignment shop and tire shop are separate businesses or something. I asked about the bolts and he says "yeah, they were bad" but didn't offer to show me the originals. Ok, no worries. I've been to this shop in the past when the older gentleman ran it, and probably will return in the future since I support small businesses, but the pre-emptive cam bolt calling out, plus 2 CC transactions at 3% each seemed a little off.
