Their free vacuums and Mat Wizard worked fantastic, so both the interior and exterior of my car are spotless! Also, they have this compressed air pump thing at every vacuum stall which is incredibly handy. Never seen this at a car wash before, and it's a great idea. Another unique thing about this car wash is the conveyor belt design. This way the width of my tire doesn't matter, and there's no risk of damaging my rims. This attention to detail was thoughtful; making a wash for any car hassle-free. Not to mention they recycle their water which assures me that this company is dedicated to "clean" in multiple ways. Their water conservation efforts showcase their commitment to being responsible and reducing their ecological impact--a factor that's important to me as a customer. Be aware: if your car is more than 3 years old and Wash Masters damages it, they wont fix it…read more After running my car through the Sherman Wash Masters I found that the chrome on my hatch release button was missing. I went back the next day and the attendant handed it to me, stating he'd found it in the tunnel on yesterdays cleanup. Clearly then this was removed by the washing process. The attendant gave me the email address where I could enter a claim to have the damage repaired. To my dismay, the email I got back stated "vehicles more than three (3) years old are not covered for damage claims". It was claimed that this was "posted signage at our facility", however when I went back I couldn't find anything posted that stated a 3 year age limit on damage repairs. If your car is more than 3 years old, Wash Masters will not fix any damage they do to it.

Renaldo is a godsend! On a long roadtrip, in precarious weather, we found ourselves breaking down…read morein our VW Beetle in Sherman Tx. Luck was on our side, a wonderful local man at an auto parts store, referred us to European Motorcars, saying that he always took his VW there, when i asked for a referral. Given that the nearest VW dealer is in Lewisville, we took a chance, and it paid off. Not only did we find a helpful, obliging, knowledgeable mechanic (Renaldo), and his friendly sidekick (Mike), he knew what was wrong almost instinctively, obviously how to fix it, and had the part in his shop! We had the Coil Pack and all 4 spark plugs replaced (three of the four were fouled). We were fit as a fiddle and back on the road in so little time, it was almost unbelievable. Renaldo took a bad day, that was getting worse by the minute and turned it completely around for us! We are relocating to the area, and even though this shop is a good long drive from where we intend to live, we will definitely be going back! Thanks Renaldo and Mike, we made it home in great time, with not so much as a hiccup from our little black bug, and the engine light is still off!
