They took my money and gave me new phones but neither one of them ever showed the $830 credit on each phone. The old phones could not be cleared. After spending a total of (over) six hours, I finally called 611 to see what my account showed. Nothing was done properly. Apparently the manager had quit the day before I went in and the employees were not trained or prepared to handle the public. It got worse from there. I had already purchased the two phones when I was told that the store was not actually a Verizon store! Very unprofessional and a disgrace to our town of Waimea

I was very frustrated by the other shops in ability to diagnose my problem. I brought it to Jack click and listen to my conversation as to what had happened and what I thought might be wrong they said they would evaluated and call me back in a few hours, it was already three in the afternoon when I brought it to the shop. They called me the next morning and told me what they thought was wrong as we were going to go forward with fixing it. I said yes I had the computer back that afternoon it is now been perfectly under high stress for 2 1/2 to 3 days.
