amazing experience this morning at waikoloa mailbox I needed a form from my email and they offer an Internet café service four dollars for the first 15 minutes of using a computer they have printers. I got into my email ask the owner for help printing he showed me the document needed to be downloaded and then sent To the printer and I went to pay and he didn't charge me in honor of my mom that was his friend but normally it would've been four dollars plus the fee for printing for pages. This place has a lot of services that you might need, from propane tanks to post cards. They are a much needed business in the area. We had to get something notarized and sent overnight to the mainland and they were very helpful with the whole process including advising us on when to come in so that the mail would go out in the fastest way possible. This is a real find. Bob knows how to pack and ship anything. He is responsible and very fair. Mailboxes are always available and they have large ones too. The store has many hard-to-find items like lithium batteries and stationary. Very convenient for propane too (saves a long drive to Kona or Waimea). Bob has printers and computers available, computer and printer supplies, and packing supplies. He can even take your passport photo or be a notary. I have been coming here for years. Like a lot of people on vacation, I had packed too much, so when it came time to fly home from Hawaii, I needed to mail back some of the towels, gifts, and souvenirs we'd picked up along the way. The owner of this little place literally grunted disdainfully at me and rolled his eyes when I told him I'd like to mail some things back home, - "another pain in the #*% tourist". He reluctantly got me a box, reluctantly typed in the address, and reluctantly put the address sticker on the box. I didn't expect or need to make a new friend that day, but common courtesy would have been nice. This old guy was a real piece of work. The kind of person who seemed to enjoy wrecking people's days. Something I wouldn't have access to. Not only was their mistake and he was rude and not willing to correct the issue. We all make mistakes, shame on you for not accepting yours.
