A trip to the dealership would have easily cost a couple thousand dollars and left her without a car for several days. Instead, I called Sam. Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. Sam was courteous, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. While I hope I never need auto body repairs again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Sam. If you've got a scratch, dent, ding, or minor body damage, Sam is your guy. Highly recommend!

SUPER!!!! Mr. Velazquez has a talent and craft that does not exist anymore! One of my neighbors had recommended Mobile Dent Masters after he closed the garage door on the hood of his wife's brand new BMW X5. After seeing the before & after, I decided to call Mobile Dent Masters for a similar circumstance...I had a 2 day old brand new vehicle when it was crashed into from a shopping cart at Home Depot. The dent was about an inch long and deep...pushed in about 1/4 of an inch and was also scratched. After the repair was completed I quickly opened the garage to ask Mr Velazquez to look at my AMG which unfortunately had been the victim of many dings & dents from the South Florida parking lots! 2 years prior while I had been at the Mercedes Dealer I ran into "Dent Wizard" who quoted me a price and told me they would have to drill 2 or 3 holes on the inside of the door and maybe 2 holes inside the trunk...Well...obviously I decided against drilling holes in my baby. I decided to live with the dings and dents...That is until now! Mr. Velazquez from Mobile Dent Master said "I don't drill holes or use machines to remove the dents...I do it the old fashioned way" He is in fact an artist!!! WOW I am thrilled! I watched and talked with Mr Velazquez as he removed the dings from my vehicle, during which time he explained how he learned his craft at the age of 16 to support himself in Argentina...His story is one to remember and really speaks to what the American dream is...His mother died when he was 14 and his father a year after his mother. He cleaned an auto body shop to survive and learned by practicing and watching an old man who was gifted with the talent! Within a year he was so skilled that people came from other cities to have a very young Mr Velazquez remove the dents in their cars. I Don't normally write these posts unless I am really blown over by someone or something. So, I was driving on I95 recently and a piece of wood flew across two lanes and hit my Brand new VW Golf R. Needless to say I was devastated!!! That being said, I researched PDR and came across Mobile Dent Masters. I was very skeptical like most, especially after watching the process on the internet. However, after speaking to Joel and meeting him person, he laid all my worries to rest. He is a true professional and a master of his craft! We were given a reasonable estimate to fix the dent in my side door and the hatchback. We were told…read morethat they could fix the door now if we wanted, but they would have to fix the hatchback another day since it would take about 3 hours to fix it. Their waiting area is very comfortable with a sofa and 2 chairs. There's refreshments, snacks and candies while you wait. They also have Dent Demon merchandise if you are interested. Grace, who is one of the owners along with her husband, explained the process of fixing a dent and showed us the tools that they use. She even brought us into the shop area (which was immaculate!) to show us a hood that they use to train their employees with the different techniques that they have to use depending on the type and depth of the dent. We were able to see the dent in our door being worked on. It was amazing to see how they fixed it. We couldn't even tell where the dent was after they were done! If you are a repeat customer, they will give you a 10% discount. Everyone that we met today (3/14), Grace, Sam and Paul were so nice! I would highly recommend this place if you need your f**king dents fixed. Lol, look at my pictures and you'll see what I'm talking about.
